in the middle of the course a member of the admin team sent a short email listing the exact clauses from the main standard we should focus on. It wasn’t promised, but it helped a lot with revision. Things like that show the organisation actually listens and responds. The only other annoyance was the results turnaround. Because each candidate gets a unique set of questions from a question bank, you’d think results could be released individually. But no — they hold everything until everyone in the cohort has finished or until the deadline passes, which can mean waiting several weeks. That felt unnecessary given the open-book, proctored setup. Still, I kept in touch with customer service about timelines and they were transparent about the reason, even apologetic about the delay. Pricing felt reasonable for what you get. I wouldn’t call it cheap, but you are paying for experienced tutors and a well-run schedule, and that counts. If they tightened up the materials — removing stray slides, flagging additional standards up front, expanding the practice bank, and tweaking timing/navigation for the exam — it would be near perfect. As it stands, I’d recommend the course with caveats: great tutors, reliable delivery, and responsive support, but be prepared to do a bit of extra reading and expect the exam to be more constrained than you first assume.
