Felt satisfied straight away. A small tip sorted my morning commute, so I use it every day.
Passed around, actually fine
I started last month; first four lawyers explained everything, then I was passed to one solicitor. Delivery was prompt, impression good, glad it worked out.

After months of lower-back pain I was nervous; halfway through the chat I knew he'd get it — not perfect, a bit pricey, but genuinely helpful.
Low-key relieved
Kept worrying it wouldn't survive my daily commute, but it's solid and genuinely eased my doubts — I'm pleased.

I just had a legal consultation and I must say I was really impressed by the level of detail provided by the solicitor. They explained every aspect of my case thoroughly, and I felt really confident in the advice they gave me. Lauren, the solicitor I spoke to, was very attentive and took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. I genuinely felt like my case was being well looked after, and I really appreciate the care and attention shown by Lauren. All in all, a great job done.

The woman, Emily, was so kind and really put me at ease about asking for help with my issue. She got me in touch with a solicitor really quickly and everything went really well. I reckon other people should give them a call as well.

I had a really good experience reaching out to the company for help with my injury/negligence claim. Luke got back to me really quickly and was very reassuring. He told me that he would pass on my information to a Solicitor who would get in touch with me the following day. It was a really pleasant and helpful experience overall.

The lady who helped me was absolutely lovely and really professional. She was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She answered all my questions and went out of her way to help me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
