Rip-off parking nightmare
I had an awful time with this parking service! It was a total rip-off - they added extra miles to my car, left it all messy with food containers, and even smoked in there. As if that wasn't bad enough, they took out my baby's car seat and didn't even put it back in right. When I tried to talk to them at the airport drop off, it was a nightmare - they shouted and acted like animals. Completely unacceptable!
Emergency airport parking
Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I had to quickly park near Bristol airport, so I made a reservation at this place. What a massive mistake! The entire place was a mess, the shuttle van looked like a moving rubbish bin and the driver was smoking like a chimney. When I tried calling them after my trip, they didn't answer, and when they finally arrived, they crammed us in like sardines. There was no communication, just pure chaos and rainy weather. And to top it off, when I returned, my car was blocked by three other cars! I had to wade through mud just to sort it out. Never again, my friend, that place is an absolute disaster!
Car pick-up and delivery service
The car pick-up and delivery service was an absolute nightmare. I told them exactly where my car was parked, but when I got there, they couldn't find it and I was left waiting for ages. I was sent to different floors in the car park multiple times before they finally located it. It was so frustrating and a huge waste of my time.
When I got back to London, the customer service was just as bad. The person I spoke to on the phone was really rude and not helpful at all, which just made everything worse after the stressful car collection experience. And to top it all off, when I got home, I realised that some valuable items had been stolen from my car, like coins and camping equipment. It's completely unacceptable how unsecure and unprofessional they were, so I strongly recommend avoiding this service.Cancellation charge
Customers should be aware that this company charges a hefty £20 fee for cancellations, even if you've already paid for extra cancellation cover. This policy is really annoying and unfair because it punishes customers who've done the right thing by getting insurance. It's just not right for a company to make money from their customers this way, and they should definitely be more upfront about their cancellation rules right from the beginning. I'd advise others to stay away from this company, as their actions are pretty disappointing.
Car parking service
I was really disappointed with the service from this company. My car was left in a right state after they had it - muddy inside and out, and stinking of cigarette smoke. The driver who brought my car back was really rude, he didn't even acknowledge us and dropped someone else off first when there was plenty of space for him to stop where we were waiting. Plus, he didn't look like he should be dealing with customers' cars. On the other hand, the driver who picked up my car was nice and polite.
Parking service
When I got there, I accidentally put the wrong time for my return flight, which messed things up for getting my car sorted. The person I spoke to on the phone was so rude and aggressive about it all. Even though it was my fault, the way they spoke to me was just not on. They said I had to wait two hours for my car or pay £30 extra, which seemed like a big penalty for a simple mistake. When I questioned that charge, the person I was talking to just brushed me off, was rude, and then hung up. That's not how you treat customers. Not to mention, when I got my car back, I saw that 29 miles had been added on the mileage, and the company didn't explain why or sort it out. On top of the rubbish service, the staff were just indifferent and unprofessional, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.
Booking experience
I was really let down by the parking service I used. When I got back to my car, I found out that someone had driven it a lot more, the passenger seat was pushed back like someone had a nap in there, and a bunch of fuel had been used without asking me. When I tried to talk to the company about it, the customer service people were not helpful at all and kept hanging up on me. It's just not on to treat customers like that, it's really disappointing.
Overpriced Parking
I had such a terrible time with this parking service. The prices were way too high at £12, and the service was just awful. I had to wait for over an hour to get my car back when I got back, and it was raining outside. It was a total nightmare, and I would definitely recommend avoiding this parking service.
Booking parking spot
This booking site is absolutely awful! I booked something and then tried to cancel it, but they charged me £20 and still haven't refunded me. The customer service is absolutely useless and no one will assist me. I would strongly recommend avoiding this site at all costs!
Unreliable parking service
I recently used their service and it was a total disaster. My car was left unlocked for more than 20 minutes, money went missing, and the mileage went up way too much. When I contacted them for help, they tried to brush it off by saying they were only a booking agent and didn't want to take any responsibility. I strongly advise against using this unprofessional service!
Rip off fees
I thought I was getting a bargain with their "cheapest prices", but turns out I had to shell out more due to sneaky hidden charges in their "terms and conditions". It would have been more cost-effective just to book directly with the airport. So gutted!
Disorganized, Unreliable, Unprofessional
I recently had a really disappointing experience with the service. The company said they'd come to collect my car within a 40-minute window, but they never answered the phone, and when they did, they just ended the call abruptly. I ended up waiting for two hours for my car to arrive, and there was no shelter even though it was raining. Lots of other people were also waiting in the same situation, which was so frustrating.
On top of that, they charged an extra £6 when I arrived and another £6 when I left, which felt like a really unfair surprise. Overall, the service was all over the place, unreliable, and didn't seem very professional. I wouldn't recommend using this company at all, based on my experience. I phoned the number once I had grabbed my bags, but nobody picked up for ages! Eventually, they told me my car would be brought to me soon, but it seemed like an eternity and was covered in mud when it finally got to me. I definitely won't be using valet parking again!
Meet and greet parking service
This company is absolutely terrible! They promise meet and greet services, but when you arrive, no one is there to park your car. And when you try to complain, they completely ignore you as if you're invisible. It's incredibly irritating and frustrating! I definitely won't be using their services again.
Meet and Greet Service
I recently booked a Meet and Greet service at a local airport and it was a nightmare. When I got there, they couldn't find my car so I had to wait outside in the cold and dark for over three hours until they somehow "found" it. I had to get the authorities involved before they did anything about it. The company tried to blame someone else, but the whole thing could have been avoided with better planning and communication. I would recommend avoiding this service to stop anyone else going through the same thing.
Booking issues
I thought I'd found a good deal at first, with good prices and lots of parking choices. But then things went wrong when I needed to change my booking. Trying to get hold of customer service by email, online chat, or phone was a nightmare. When I finally did speak to someone, they messed up my booking changes and I ended up having to pay more. It was a big letdown and the service was definitely not up to scratch.
Valet service at Gatwick
As requested I provided my flight details and when landed at 10.30pm I made the call to confirm my arrival and give them required notice to bring my car to Gatwick. On the booking information, they said to allow 25 - 35 minutes.
Fast forward to 11.30pm. This is when they finally bought me my car. This was after over 15 calls where I had very mixed messages: “your car will be 20mins”, “your car hasn’t left yet”, “your car is on the way and will be an hour”, “the car is there - can you not see it, check the carpark properly”.
At 1am I ended up calling 101 and reporting the car stolen to the police, at which point they told me they had issues with this company but they couldn’t do anything about it. They will eventually return the car, they’re just always much later than promised. When I told Just Park me this, they said “if you did report it, we’re going to have to abandon your car on the motorway”. Obviously this was just a futile threat.
After another call, they then said my battery had gone and they’d tried to restart it for me. More lies.
Eventually we got our car back at 1.30am. With the seat wet (assuming they piddled on it or something).
I will never use this company again and I feel deeply sorry for everyone that works there. They obviously are unskilled and lack integrity. If I were you, I’d avoid at all costs.Airport parking
I had a terrible experience with their service. The driver hurriedly dropped off my car, leaving it covered in clay both inside and on the rear. Even after trying to contact them through phone calls and emails, they attempted to blame me for the mess by saying I didn't pick up my car from an airport. It's an absolute joke of a service. My advice is to steer clear and avoid booking with them at all costs.
