I only felt properly relaxed when I handed the guy at Gatwick £100 and we got our boarding passes. Booking had been cancelled, emails ignored, nonsense. I was sceptical, honestly, then resigned — but it worked in the end.
That sinking feeling
Sat with my bank app open, realising six weeks have gone and still no refund. Felt proper annoyed — dodgy behaviour. I’m chasing them and won’t let it drop, others might want to keep a paper trail. Bit sad, really.
Odd late-night visit
I hired them for a late-night move because my back was playing up and I'd had bad experiences before. The man showed up in the dark, no name, no uniform, just asking for keys and cash. Felt uneasy. Service needs to be more professional, honestly.
Not ideal, but usable
Turned up and they’d cancelled my booking, so I had to pay on the spot — rubbish. I needed help because of a sore back, but when the driver lugged my case and made sure I could sit I relaxed; not perfect, but it worked.
Booking mess but glad it worked out

Saw it on the app after a mate tipped me. I booked but they cancelled last minute saying it wasn't available, then the same space reappeared for over double — a bit cheeky. JustPark haven't replied to my complaint; surprisingly the refund arrived quickly.
Half-sorted parking saga
So there I was, running late, car in a tiny bay and the app said booked — the usual weekday scramble. Confirmation showed up quick, delivery was fine, customer support not so much and I had to chase. Thankful my Visa debit and Nationwide sorted a refund though, so I’m relieved and still use it daily.
Nearly lost out, but bank helped
Odd little story — I nearly didn't buy because the site looked a bit off and I’d read a few bad reports. I went ahead, then felt scammed when things went quiet. Thankfully my card company sorted a refund quickly, so that worry vanished. I reported them to Scammers UK. Still weird they’re trading though.
Parking hiccup
14–17:14 for a hospital appointment (back pain, yes) and the app kept adding a £1 'overnight' fee after 16:30 so I couldn't pay. I emailed support, got a canned reply, phoned and a proper human eventually fixed it. Still annoyed, but at least it's sorted, finally, for now.
Sorted in the end
I needed a spot urgently because my back was bad and I was moving a few boxes, so I was tense. At first I couldn’t reach the host and had to park elsewhere, frustrating. Then, surprisingly, customer support sorted a full refund and apologised — that’s when I relaxed, proper relieved, bit unexpected really.

I was sure they'd vanished — no replies, no refund, website still up, and I was fuming. Then, out of the blue, they answered and said they'd sorted a partial refund. That was the moment I sighed with relief. It's not perfect, took ages and unlike other firms this was slow, but it works now at least, so yeah, honestly could've been worse.

Mixed feelings about the whole experience
I gave JustPark a go last month when I needed a spot for a midday meeting. At first the app looked quite handy — quick search, decent photos, easy to book — so I thought job done. That impression didn’t last. I followed the app directions, parked where it showed and then got a vague SMS from an unknown number with extra instructions. I shrugged it off at first because it read informal and a bit dodgy, then messaged back to check. I was told by text that my car was fine there provided I moved it before 5pm, even though my booking ran until 6pm. I came back before 5, only to find a parking ticket on the windscreen. I phoned the person who had texted me; she cut the call short and didn’t answer after that. I then contacted JustPark support, sent screenshots of the chat and my booking, explained everything and got told I’d parked incorrectly — no further help. The refund request produced an automated email promising a reply in five business days, and after chasing I was finally told the space owner refused the refund and that was that. So, delivery of the service — meaning the actual parking fulfilment and verification — was poor and inconsistent, and customer service simply didn’t take responsibility. That said, the app itself is usable for quick bookings and when all goes smoothly it’s fine; it just doesn’t handle disputes well. Overall I’d say it’s okay for routine, low-risk bookings but don’t rely on their support if something goes wrong. Bit disappointing and a hassle to sort out, so I’m wary of using them again unless they tighten up verification and support.
Nearly missed my flight over a booking mix-up
you hand over the keys, they take the car, and it’s all done for you — the actual parking process felt professional enough, drivers were competent and quick. What ruined it was the communication and the cash demand, and no receipt came later despite promises. If you use them, double check your booking on the day, get a physical receipt, and have cash ready just in case. Glad I made the flight, but this left a bad taste.
Rip-off parking nightmare
I had an awful time with this parking service! It was a total rip-off - they added extra miles to my car, left it all messy with food containers, and even smoked in there. As if that wasn't bad enough, they took out my baby's car seat and didn't even put it back in right. When I tried to talk to them at the airport drop off, it was a nightmare - they shouted and acted like animals. Completely unacceptable!
