Easy and smooth purchase

Rugby match e-tickets
I bought e-tickets for a rugby match recently and it went pretty well. Everything went smoothly and we got our tickets a few days before the match. The game itself was brilliant, we really enjoyed it. But, one thing that wasn't so good was not being able to choose where we sat. We ended up quite high up in the stadium, which was a shame as we would have liked seats closer to the action. Also, the price we paid online, with taxes and fees included, was a lot more than the face value shown on the physical tickets. It was a bit annoying and made the whole thing pretty pricey. The ticket was approved and we got a comfortable space from where we viewed the match. I am grateful to the apt response of the customer service representative that attended to me. I would have missed the match if the issue was not sorted out immediately.

I'm really disappointed with the service from this ticket provider. My stepdad's tickets for the France v England Rugby game on March 16th did not arrive in time, which caused a lot of stress as we were leaving for France the next morning from the UK. I sent multiple emails but got no response or solution. It's not good that there are no phone numbers or a way to contact them on social media. This whole experience has been so frustrating and I wouldn't recommend using this service again.

Booking tickets was so easy, a piece of cake really. Received an email straight away to confirm everything, which was great. Managed to get my hands on the actual tickets online just 2 days before the match. The only downside was I couldn't choose my exact seat, and the booking fee was really overpriced!

I was really chuffed with how fast my tickets came and the seats were actually pretty good – right on the corner of the pitch. Overall, the service was decent, no big issues really. But, as usual with stadium stuff, the food choices were a bit lacking, too pricey, and not that great. Can’t really blame the ticket seller for that, though.

I have had better service from other ticket providers, so this was a bit worrying. Luckily, the e-tickets did arrive 6 days before the event, which did ease my concerns a bit.
