International shipment
In my opinion, the international delivery I got was an absolute disaster. Some of the items inside were either missing or damaged, which ended up costing me quite a bit of money. I tried to contact the company to get a refund or some kind of compensation, but they refused to help in any way. It's really frustrating dealing with a situation like this, especially when you're dealing with valuable shipments.
Suitcase delivery service
I recently used a suitcase delivery service to move my stuff from one country to another, but honestly, I was really let down by the whole thing. I paid a lot for the service, but when my nine suitcases finally arrived, they were in terrible condition. Two had broken wheels, one had a hole in it, and another had the security clasp ripped off. They were all filthy, even though some of them were brand new. And to make matters worse, it's been impossible to get hold of Eurosender to sort out any compensation. It's safe to say, I'm pretty gutted with the whole experience.
Quick and efficient international shipping
Today, I needed to send a parcel overseas, so I chose to use this service. Ordering was a breeze, and the customer service rep, Ariela, was brilliant. She walked me through everything and made sure my package would reach its destination on schedule. I've used this service before, and it's consistently top-notch. The prices are fair, especially when compared to other shipping options. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I received.
International guitar shipping
I've just used a shipping service to send a guitar from one European country to another, and it all went really smoothly. The website was easy to use, letting me input all the info I needed and make any changes I had to. The customer service team were great too, answering my questions professionally. Parcel shipping assistance
I have to admit, my experience with this service was a bit of a rollercoaster. Dealing with lots of problems from the courier company, but the team at Eurosender customer service were amazing. Even though GLS kept changing my pick-up time, the Eurosender staff were really helpful and sorted things out quickly. I have to give a special mention to Amandine for going the extra mile to help me with a tracking problem. Overall, I'm happy with the service I received from Eurosender.
Fast and efficient customer service response
I was really surprised by how fast and efficient the customer service response was that I got. Desara managed to help me change my address quickly and effectively without any trouble. It all went smoothly and I really appreciate how professional she was.
Fast, efficient and professional logistics service
I've actually used this logistics service twice now and I have to say, I've been really impressed both times. They were so speedy in delivering my packages and made sure to handle everything with care. Plus, the prices were really competitive, which made it a no-brainer for me. I'm genuinely happy with the service and I don't think I'll be on the lookout for another logistics provider any time soon.
International package delivery
I sent a package from Germany to Spain that was really important to me, both personally and financially. Unfortunately, I haven't received any significant updates about the package since the last day. Even after several months of trying to get in touch with Eurosender, they finally told me that the package is lost. To make things worse, the cargo insurance I bought didn't cover any compensation for the lost package. The claims representative I spoke with wasn't very helpful and didn't refund the service fees I paid. This whole situation has caused me to lose my property, wasted a lot of my time, and made me lose trust in logistics services.
Shipping
Very bad service. Not informing DHL to collect the parcel. I emailed Vesna few times asking to pick up the parcel then she replied they will collect in 5 days. Means total 8 days before they collect the parcel when i paid DHL express for a delivery in 2/3 days they said. How long will it be to receive it if already it takes 8 days for pick up. I also called DHL but they said they were waiting for Eurosender to tell them to pick up. Eurosender a company to avoid!
Shipment insurance<br>
I bought insurance for my package, but when it arrived all battered and broken, I didn't really know what to do next. The delivery company took note of the damage, but Eurosender still made me take the package, saying that they wouldn't pay out on the insurance if I didn't. After the delivery, Eurosender turned down my claim for €1600, saying that I should have reported the damage properly at the time the package was delivered. They said that the person getting the package should tell the driver or Eurosender about any damage straightaway, and just getting in touch afterwards isn't enough. It seems pretty shady to me, like they're just trying to get out of paying customers back when things go wrong. I'd steer clear of this company if you don't want to be conned when things go south.

I had a bit of trouble with my company's opening hours when trying to book a shipment pick-up not too long ago. Yulia from customer service was an absolute star in getting everything sorted out quickly and efficiently. She responded to my emails in no time at all and got in touch with the courier company straight away to give them the right details. Thanks to her help, the whole situation was much easier to handle and less of a headache for me.

I had to change the pick-up date three times because stuff kept coming up. She not only rescheduled everything for me but also switched couriers when necessary. It was a bit of a bother, but thanks to the great customer service, everything worked out perfectly!
Collection service delay
I recently asked for a collection service via the platform and I'm a bit miffed that I haven't got my shipping labels yet. I scheduled the collection for tomorrow, but I still haven't received the labels I need to send off my stuff. I've tried calling Eurosender's customer service all day to sort it out, but I've had no luck. It's been really frustrating dealing with the lack of communication and efficiency on this issue.

I had a bit of a problem with my label when I was using the services, but luckily Amandine from customer service was an absolute star. Last week, I had to cancel my order and Lira was really understanding about it. She assured me that I would receive a full refund, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that. If it comes through, I'll definitely be using this service again!
