I tried the microdart eye patches once, left them on overnight about six weeks ago. At first I thought they'd help puffiness, but my under-eye skin felt oddly tight and creases seemed worse. Now I have darker circles that won't shift, which is annoying. Tried to return them but there's a hefty fee so you lose almost half. Bit gutted.
Calmed down in the end
Midnight, my face looked like I'd been sunburnt — lovely — so I took the product off straight away and messaged the company. First impressions were nervous, obviously. I used it twice before realising it's not for my usual sensitive skin. Long story short, they did reply (eventually), asked for photos, sent a replacement and some proper advice — and that was the moment I knew they'd actually helped me. Skin settled — relief. Bit of a faff chasing them, but honestly glad it worked out in the end.
Good balm, postage annoyance
I’m glad the Caviar Multi Balm actually feels pleasant on my skin, but annoyed they charged postage on a big Black Friday haul. I placed the order during the sale and only started using the balm this week — first impression is a soft texture, no miracle yet, probably needs more time. The order was a couple of dozen items, well over the usual free-postage threshold most shops have, so being stung for postage felt petty. I do like the product and it arrived intact, but that extra charge makes me unlikely to reorder — I hate being nickelled-and-dimed.
