Halfway through the first session I relaxed. I’d braced for agony from reviews, but it felt no worse than the tattoo — more a sharp tickle than full-on pain. I started that morning; first impression was calm room, efficient staff and my technician explained everything. The sting afterwards is there, but a cool compress and friendly team surprised me. I'll update later.
Warm but crisp session
I popped in a few weeks ago for my fourth treatment and ended up chatting more than I expected — the therapist really puts you at ease, which is great but occasionally pulled focus from the procedure. Staff are genuinely friendly and the studio's vibe is calming. First impression was solid; not flawless, but I'll be back.

Studio gem
I'm a fan — really, she's brilliant and I leave every time feeling relaxed. After a few appointments now I can say the studio is cosy and Alessandra gives proper attention, chatty but professional, which makes it easy to unwind. Once she wasn’t available and Yasmine stepped in; she was quick and spot on, actually impressed me. Compared with a dreadful place I tried before, this is miles better, would happily recommend.
Patch-test turning point
Standing in the studio I expected dread, but the patch test changed that. Alexis was calm and professional and made it easy to ask questions. I'd had a really rough removal elsewhere — terrible pain and poor results — which put me off finishing the job. The moment I knew I was happy was when the patch test only tickled and didn't leave me spaced out with pain. I felt relief and chuffed that Namma seem to know their stuff. Booking was straightforward and I'm keen to continue.
Much better than I dared hope
I wasn't expecting much after twenty years of ink and an ugly scar from a botched surgical removal, but after one laser session the change is really noticeable. I first heard about them because the studio I went to for a cover-up recommended this place — lucky tip, honestly. The staff were calm and explained things, though I wish they'd been a touch firmer about pricing options. Still, I'm pleased overall; it's oddly freeing to wear short sleeves again, and I told a mate about it straight away, a bit relieved.
Smiled-in-the-mirror moment

Fourth session, steady results
Halfway through my fourth appointment I realised I no longer dread the chair. The tech works steadily — precise tweezes, bursts, the anaesthetic gel does take the edge off but you still feel pins and sting. There's a sensible pace, they check how you’re doing, and Alexis explains what will or won't change after each pass, so surprises are rare. It leaves a bit of redness for a day and one small patch took longer than the rest, but overall it’s reliable. Reception offers coffee; compared with other places this is straightforward and competent.
Alexis made it manageable
In short, I'd recommend them — Alexis made the whole process so much easier. I started sessions a few months after finishing radiotherapy and was nervous, but from the first visit I felt looked after. The clinic is spotlessly clean in the treatment rooms, with a more relaxed, almost cafe-like reception where they offer a drink and you can flick through magazines while you wait. Alexis is chatty and encouraging without being pushy, calls you back if there's any change and genuinely cheers you on as the sessions go by. I still have a bit to go, but appointments are reliable and the whole thing feels professional and friendly, so yeah, glad I chose them.
Nearly painless, mostly soothing
I popped in for my sixth session this week and somehow it’s now part of my routine — odd, but true. The therapist (she’s brilliant, calm and chatty when you want it, quiet when you don’t) gets me in and out without faff. Booking confirmations arrive promptly, they start on time and the reception team genuinely feel like people not robots — polite, a bit cheeky even, which I like. The place smells lovely and strangely relaxing; I always leave with a small ginger shot they hand over — ridiculous comfort food, frankly. Makes the morning rush easier, I’m less flustered for work and feel oddly smug about it. If you’re nervous, they sort it; if you’re busy, they save you time. I’m happy, a bit relieved and definitely coming back.
Bit disappointed, to be honest
not great value. I went in hoping for quicker sessions and a decent outcome, but after eight appointments I’m £1,600 down and the tattoos have only lightened a bit — still clearly visible. I’d heard good things about this place and it does look lovely, staff are friendly and the whole experience feels quite luxe, so I wasn’t expecting a bargain, but I did expect better progress for the money. For context, my partner used a different studio that also does removal and after roughly the same number of sessions he’s only spent about £400 and his ink is almost gone, so that comparison really sticks in my mind. One of the reasons I picked this clinic was that they said you could come every six weeks, whereas the other place made you wait three months. Ironically, I’ve had to stretch sessions to eight weeks anyway because my skin needs the time to clear the ink — which sort of takes away that perceived advantage. Pain-wise: it’s far from painless. I’m not exaggerating, it’s quite painful for me; I know people vary, but “almost pain free” felt off when I sat through it. On the plus side, no side-effects so far and staff are decent at explaining things. I estimate about another £1,000 and a few more sessions before I might be satisfied, and my tattoos aren’t huge or complicated. So overall, a pleasant-feeling clinic with nice people, but the effectiveness vs cost just didn’t add up for me — a bit frustrating after investing so much.
Piercing appointment
It was quite a painful experience, I must say, but totally worth it. The staff were really friendly and professional, which made me feel so much more relaxed during the whole process. The place was super clean, and the aftercare they provided was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this studio for anyone considering body modifications.
Permanent hair removal sessions
Naama studios has the loveliest staff in town, always making sure their customers feel welcome. The studio is kept nice and tidy, which is great. I really like the free drinks and ginger shots, a nice little extra that makes the whole experience better. Big shoutout to Maryam, who I've booked all my future sessions with. She's honestly amazing at making my treatment as painless as possible. I'm on session 9 now, and I can already see a huge difference. Can't wait to see the final results!
Hair appointment
Oh my gosh, I just have to say, this place is amazing! I've been here around 5 times now and every time I come, it feels like hanging out with a friend. Alessandra is absolutely fantastic, she always makes me feel at ease and we have the most wonderful chats. And one time Yasmine filled in for her, she was really efficient and did a brilliant job as well.
Eyebrow removal sessions
Alexis is absolutely amazing at what they do. I've had three sessions at Naama studios for eyebrow removal, and each time has been a great experience. When I entered, I immediately felt comfortable knowing that Alexis is not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable. They always explain the process clearly and set realistic expectations, so I am aware of what to expect. During my first visit, I was quite nervous, but thanks to Alexis's expertise and reassurance, I now eagerly anticipate every session and the progress we're making. Any questions I had were answered with patience and understanding, making me feel genuinely cared for.
Laser treatment
Jada is just fantastic. She's quick and gets things done in no time during my laser appointments. Even though it's kind of a serious treatment, I end up giggling and feeling totally at ease. I can't wait for my next visit and I can really see the results starting to come through.
Eyebrows nano-blading removal
Yasmin did an amazing job removing the extra pigment from my eyebrows when I went to the studio. I was a bit nervous about it, but she made me feel comfortable right away with her friendly and professional approach. She got rid of the pigment quickly and just how I wanted. I would definitely recommend her and the studio to anyone needing this service.
Tattoo removal
I couldn't be happier with the results from the tattoo removal sessions I've had at this studio. I've had three tattoos removed, and the progress I've seen after just five sessions is amazing. One of the tattoos has almost completely vanished, and the other two are well on their way to being gone too. Looking at the progress photos at the start of each session has really helped me see how far I've come and kept me motivated, especially when the process is a bit uncomfortable. Alexis, who's been doing my sessions, has been nothing but professional, friendly and caring. Her knowledge and skills in tattoo removal are clear, and I trust her to help me reach my desired results.
Laser hair removal sessions
The studio is really nice and cozy, and the staff are super friendly. I've had 8 sessions with different consultants, all of whom really knew their stuff and could answer all my questions about the laser treatment. If I had to pick a favourite, it would be Alexis. She was so lovely, really precise, and paid attention to every little detail in each session. I totally trust her skills with the laser, and she never made it too painful for me. I'm already starting to see results, so I definitely suggest this clinic for laser hair removal.
