Laser hair removal sessions
I've just had my 6th laser hair removal session at the studio and I must say, Alexis continues to impress me every time. She's absolutely brilliant at what she does. Not only does she keep me engaged with her delightful conversation, but she also works her magic to make the session as painless as possible. The whole thing flies by, and thanks to Alexis, the pain is totally manageable. And to top it off, she always offers me a tasty ginger shot and bids me a kind farewell after each session.
The reception team at the studio are all lovely, warm, and professional, which really enhances the whole experience. The studio itself has such a welcoming vibe, as soon as you walk in you feel like you're in a calming sanctuary. The air is filled with lovely scents that really add to the relaxing atmosphere. I recently started getting my tattoo removed at the studio and honestly, it's been really good so far. I asked to work with this technician called Alexis, and she's been amazing. She's so professional and really knows her stuff. She made me feel at ease and confident throughout the whole process. Alexis is really thorough and precise in her work, she talked me through everything and made sure I understood. Plus, she's super quick, so I was in and out in no time. And to top it all off, after each session, I got some complimentary drinks and an ice pack, which was a nice bonus. Alexis also has a great personality, she made the whole experience enjoyable. She listened to me and genuinely cared. Thanks to her, I feel so much better about my tattoo now. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her if I needed more treatment.

I couldn't be happier with the results from the tattoo removal sessions I've had at this studio. I've had three tattoos removed, and the progress I've seen after just five sessions is amazing. One of the tattoos has almost completely vanished, and the other two are well on their way to being gone too. Looking at the progress photos at the start of each session has really helped me see how far I've come and kept me motivated, especially when the process is a bit uncomfortable. Alexis, who's been doing my sessions, has been nothing but professional, friendly and caring. I came across this place after a terrible experience with what I can only describe as the worst eyebrow tattoos ever. I was feeling really disheartened about it, but Naama really saved the day! The procedure to get rid of the disaster on my face was surprisingly painless, which was such a relief. The staff were all amazing, friendly, and supportive, making me feel at ease every step of the way. The location on Oxford Street was really convenient, and the shop itself was really stylish. It was quite a painful experience, I must say, but totally worth it. The staff were really friendly and professional, which made me feel so much more relaxed during the whole process. I was so emotional and grateful, tears filled my eyes as I hugged her tightly in pure relief. The service at Naama Studios is truly outstanding, and their machine really is like magic.

NAAMA studios in Marylebone is brilliant for getting rid of eyebrow tattoos! I had a dodgy job done somewhere else, but NAAMA came to the rescue with their fantastic machines and really friendly team. Yasmine looked after me and she was just lovely, she explained everything and made me feel at ease throughout the session. It wasn't too painful, just a little bit of a sting. The studio is really nice and everyone there is so welcoming and ready to help. I'm over the moon with how my eyebrows look now, they've improved so much! Big thanks to NAAMA!

I've had 8 sessions with different consultants, all of whom really knew their stuff and could answer all my questions about the laser treatment. If I had to pick a favourite, it would be Alexis. She was so lovely, really precise, and paid attention to every little detail in each session. I totally trust her skills with the laser, and she never made it too painful for me. I'm already starting to see results, so I definitely suggest this clinic for laser hair removal.

Oh my gosh, I just have to say, this place is amazing! I've been here around 5 times now and every time I come, it feels like hanging out with a friend. Alessandra is absolutely fantastic, she always makes me feel at ease and we have the most wonderful chats. And one time Yasmine filled in for her, she was really efficient and did a brilliant job as well.

Jada is just fantastic. She's quick and gets things done in no time during my laser appointments. Even though it's kind of a serious treatment, I end up giggling and feeling totally at ease. I can't wait for my next visit and I can really see the results starting to come through.

Yasmin did an amazing job removing the extra pigment from my eyebrows when I went to the studio. I was a bit nervous about it, but she made me feel comfortable right away with her friendly and professional approach. She got rid of the pigment quickly and just how I wanted. I would definitely recommend her and the studio to anyone needing this service.
4th session with a particular female artist
I had such a great time at my latest session with the female artist. She really put me at ease, which can sometimes be a bit scary. Her professionalism, friendliness, and expertise were so impressive, and I can't wait for my next appointment with her. Microblading removal sessions
I recently splashed out £700 on a package of three microblading removal sessions, but I think I might have been ripped off. The sessions didn't quite hit the mark for me, and now I'm not sure if the treatment really works. The first and last sessions didn't seem to get rid of the ink properly because the technicians didn't go deep enough with the laser. The only session that seemed to make any progress was the middle one, where they went deep enough to actually remove some ink. But the last session felt rushed, with hardly any skin scraped and no ink removed. It almost felt like they did it on purpose to make me come back for more sessions and shell out more cash. If you're thinking of giving it a go, I'd say be careful and make sure to tell the technicians to go as deep as possible each time. And if you're not happy with the results, ask for a refund. Overall, I was left feeling like one very disappointed customer.

The teams at the studios are absolutely fantastic. The staff is so encouraging and supportive, they really make you feel like a priority even when things are busy. I never feel rushed during appointments, even though they are quick. The team does an amazing job of boosting people's confidence with their fantastic service.

After ages of saying to myself that I'd finally get rid of these tattoos I don't want, I thought it was time to do some digging and came across this amazing place. From the second I stepped in to ask about what they offer to the first session, I was really impressed by how professional and friendly the team were. They were so helpful and knew their stuff, which really made me feel sure about getting rid of my tattoos. I'm really excited about going back for the next session!
