I remember the first morning I walked into the building, late on a dull Tuesday in September. Handled my enrolment quickly. The course materials had already been emailed and a neat printed pack was waiting for me. That delivery bit mattered more than I thought. It meant I could dive straight in. I started using the programme right away, on week one, and my first impression was mostly relief. The tutors explain things plainly. The lead tutor has a clear method that made complicated stuff click. The on-site drills stood out — short, practical sessions that stuck with me. But what really surprised me was how helpful the admin team were. I had a scheduling hiccup and they fixed it within an hour. No fuss. Friendly emails. Patient phone calls. They seemed to actually care. They even sent a short follow-up guide after the first week, which I didn't expect, and it made revision a lot easier. Delivery of the physical books was quick. The vibe among students was warm, too. I met people who stayed in touch after the course. That community made the whole thing feel less lonely. I left feeling hopeful again. If you want solid delivery and genuinely good customer service alongside decent teaching, this is worth a look.
Small wins, useful fixes
I wasn't sure what to expect but I found the sessions quietly helpful. Dr Francis speaks from experience rather than from a script, which makes the whole thing feel more like practical coaching than a lecture. The tutors — especially the one on OMM — were patient; they corrected mistakes without making anyone feel small, which matters more than you might think. On the downside, the way materials are handed over could be better. They email the full PowerPoint only after the class, presumably to keep drill questions fresh, and I get that, but it means you miss jotting down bits of reasoning or little mnemonics that come up in the discussion. I would have liked a pared-down version before the session (no drill slides) so I could take sensible notes, and then the full set afterwards for completeness. Customer service itself was solid — prompt replies and polite, no fuss. Compared to past experiences with other providers where follow-up was slow or defensive, this team was refreshingly responsive. It's not perfect — the slide workflow is the main irritation — but the teaching style and the supportive tutors made the course worth doing. I left feeling more capable, not smug, and I can see this being genuinely useful if they tidy up the material delivery. Minor tweaks, better delivery timing, and it's a very reliable package.
Half-baked course, slow responses and a refund that says it all
the price, the claims about included materials, and whether the teaching would actually match what they advertised. Those doubts stuck with me through the first week and, in the end, some were confirmed and some were surprisingly resolved — by my bank, not by the provider.
