Delivery was late and the support team just passed me from person to person. Product wasn't great either. Cancelling felt like wading through pages and forms. I'd try a proper alternative, saves you hassle, really.
Was dubious, now hooked
I was sceptical at first — thought it's another sneaky subscription, but the thing itself is oddly cosy, I use it every morning, it's grown on me.
Nearly gave up
Halfway through the cancellation maze I remember thinking this was a con — I'd signed up because my lower back was killing me and I needed something quick, not faff. The site was confusing, I pressed cancel loads of times and panicked at the charge. Still, support actually sorted it, refunded me and the thing worked, so relieved in the end.
Cancelled but charged anyway
I signed up for the seven-day trial to see if the site was any good. I cancelled within the trial as they said I could, but they still charged my card. Contacting support was a mess — they argued and were pretty rude, kept saying it was fine to charge. Not the first company that’s done this, but still annoying. I'm glad I spotted the transaction early and flagged it with my bank, otherwise it could have gone unnoticed.
