I needed a decent office chair because my lower back had been killing me and we were mid-move, so I couldn't faff about. I was sceptical at first — felt like another middleman situation — but after a small hiccup it actually went well. The first delivery attempt failed (courier left a note), I emailed and to my surprise customer service replied quickly, arranged a re-delivery and kept me posted. They were patient on the phone too and chased the courier. It was a bit annoying at first, but all in all I'm pleased — chair arrived in good nick and it really helped my back.
Bit pleased, small gripes
the case panels sat true, the PSU cables were decent and the RAM clicks in snugly. One minor annoyance was a missing little mounting screw (found a spare), and one of the fans is louder than I expected at full tilt. Shipping was brilliant — ordered Monday, on the doorstep Wednesday, nicely boxed. Overall I’m happy with how it runs, just a couple of niggles that stop me from gushing. Would use them again, but probably check reviews more closely next time.
Nice find, no regrets
solid build, nice switches, no quirks so far. I did ping customer support with a question about switches and they came back quickly with a proper answer, which put me at ease. Overall my doubts faded fast; I'm properly pleased with the purchase and grateful I took the tip from my mate. Would happily recommend for anyone after decent kit without faff.
