I must say, buying an electric heater from this company has been absolutely impressive. The advice from the sales team was top-notch and the service from Karan was fantastic. Every step of the process went really smoothly. Karan and the team were so helpful, going out of their way to make sure we ended up with the right product. The delivery was quick, and even when there was a bit of trouble finding our flat, Karen sorted it out for the next day. The heater itself exceeded our expectations in how it looks and performs. It's sleek and provides excellent warmth. We were so happy with our purchase that we've already ordered more units. It was a nice personal touch that the salesperson remembered us, really making us feel like valued customers. The only thing I can think of to improve would be upgrading the products to support 5GHz WiFi, but overall, it was an outstanding experience.

Heater for conservatory
I bought a heater for my conservatory not long ago and I must say, I'm pretty happy with it. The customer service team were really quick at getting back to me when I had some questions before buying it, which I thought was great. The only thing is, I'm not a big fan of how the remote control works - it's a bit tricky to use. But on a positive note, the app and Alexa connection have made it so much easier for me to adjust the heater from a distance. The heater does its job really well and has definitely made my conservatory cosier during the winter months.

I recently got myself a Mirrorstone IR mirror for my bathroom as it's always been a bit chilly in there, despite having underfloor heating and a radiator. The installation was a breeze, thanks to the handy template for screws. The mirror connected to Wi-Fi without any hassle and now it's all set for morning and evening use. The difference it's made in my bathroom is unbelievable - the cold is completely gone and now it feels cosy and warm. I can't recommend both the company and the mirror enough.

I bought the Helios 1200/600 Watt IR bar heater with RC and WiFi for my bathroom, and I have to admit, it was a great choice. The heater arrived on time, and I was eager to get it installed. I recently bought a really awesome 3kw wall bar heater and I love it! Simon from the sales team was really friendly and knew everything about the heater. He kept me informed about when it would be delivered. I had to change the delivery date due to some personal reasons, but it was really simple to do. The delivery arrived very quickly and the delivery person was really helpful. I've just had it installed and it's fantastic! It has some fantastic features that make it easy to control, and it's really powerful and versatile.
Heating mirror purchase
I bought a heating mirror and it stopped working after 3 weeks. But let me tell you, this girl Georgia was an absolute legend! She sorted me right out by sending over a replacement controller, and when that didn't do the trick, she went ahead and sent me a replacement mirror. Georgia really saved the day and I think she deserves a raise!
Panel with Wi-Fi connectivity
This Wi-Fi panel has been a real pain to deal with. It keeps dropping out and disconnecting for no reason at all, which is really frustrating to deal with. And on top of that, when I tried to return it because of these problems, they still charged me for the collection because they thought it was fine. This total lack of respect for customer satisfaction is just not on. Based on my experience and the poor communication from the company, I wouldn't recommend this product or this brand to anyone.
Electric Heater
I recently bought an electric heater from this company, and I was disappointed to find out that I received a used one instead of a new one. I could tell right away from the markings and the LCD display that the product had been used before. After some back and forth, I managed to get a discount instead of returning the item. But then, I found out that the heater was sent without any brackets, which was frustrating. It turns out the warehouse team had picked from the wrong pallet, causing this mistake in my order. Despite the initial letdowns, I have to give credit to the customer support team for being helpful and responsive throughout this whole situation.

Prompt delivery, missing items
The delivery was really speedy, which was brilliant, but when I opened the box for the heater, I saw that it had a couple of marks and scrapes. Plus, it was missing a remote, wall fittings, manual, and drilling template. Seems like it might have been returned by another customer. I got in touch with them and they sent out the missing bits the next day, but by then I had already put up the panel with my own fittings. Despite that, the heater works a treat. I went for the 580W for our box room and it warms up in no time at all.

I recently got a ceiling heating system installed in my bungalow to replace old storage heaters. I'm honestly amazed at how efficient and cost-effective these heaters are.
