Ordered on 13 July, got the wrong parcel on 31 July. Sent it back 7 August but courier didn't collect; it was returned to me on 19 August. I posted it again and the replacement arrived 23 August. I started using the item and first impression was fine — nothing flashy but it does the job. The real issue was the back-and-forth and the silence from customer service; most emails went unanswered and I had to chase every step. I was sceptical it would be resolved, but after persistent follow-up they finally processed the refund of return shipments. Still, delivery and support were poor.
Nearly bailed, glad I stuck with it
low prices, odd reviews, strange tracking. I was nervous, honestly. In the end I ordered nine dresses because curiosity won.
The first week was maddening: the tracking number didn't show up anywhere and I kept refreshing my inbox. I emailed customer support with a grumble and, to my surprise, they replied properly. It wasn't instant perfection — we went back and forth and parts of the messages were a tad awkward — but they updated the tracking and explained where the delay had been. The parcels arrived a few at a time and most dresses matched the photos; a couple were slightly off but still wearable. They even adjusted an extra shipping fee after I asked. So yeah, my doubts didn't vanish straight away, but by the end I was pleased and a bit relieved. Would I recommend? For the price, yes. Slight nerves first, happy now.
