Wasn't expecting much, to be honest, but the moment I knew I was happy was when everything booted up cleanly and I could actually open Office without a panic. I grabbed Windows 11 Pro and Office 2024 Pro Plus and, surprise, the setup turned into a bit of a faff — mostly my doing. I reached out to Mark at The Unity Soft and he stuck with me, calm and patient, even when I kept missing steps. Felt a bit silly, then relieved. Honestly, if you're not confident with installs, ask for help — it made all the difference and saved me time.
Good service when it counts
I didn't expect to be back at square one when my motherboard fried — but there I was, two machines, new hardware and an activation code that Microsoft refused to accept. Bought the licence from them in 2023, so I emailed Unitysoft out of sheer frustration and didn't expect much. Within a couple of hours I had a reply and a fresh key, which was a huge relief. Installation itself was straightforward — they've been easy to deal with — though the whole Microsoft activation runaround left a bad taste. Not perfect, but good value and solid support when it mattered.
