It's been more than a month now, and I've been checking my account regularly, but I haven't received any money. I completed all the necessary steps, like verifying my documents and bank details, but my withdrawal is now on hold. I've also been keeping an eye on my emails every day as they advised, but I haven't received anything apart from dull messages about my listings. I've tried reaching out to them through their website, intercom, and Facebook, but I haven't heard back from anyone yet. I just really want my money, mate!
