Overall I’d say she did a decent job, but the company itself hasn’t finished my file yet. I first spotted Grethel on the support page after a colleague recommended them; she handled order no. 378653, was patient, thorough and knew her stuff. She represented the firm well — no doubt — though my file is still outstanding, so I can’t rate the whole company. It works, mostly, but it’s not perfect, to be honest.
Mid-process relief
I started using the service to sort a trademark one evening and didn't tick any optional extras — but a charge for about £40 showed on my card anyway. I raised it, they refunded the fee, which was fine, but weeks later the same charge reappeared and they refunded that too. Meanwhile I kept getting emails saying the trademark hadn't been completed and could I pay more. I knew I was satisfied when the final refund landed and the nagging emails stopped. Annoying, but at least it ended.
