unexpected shutdowns. That single issue wrecked uptime and made email delivery flaky because the IP had a poor rep. The price was tempting — yes, cheap — but you pay in stress and lost business time. I did get a tiny laugh once when the panel offered me an “upgrade” mid-outage, like a cheeky sales pitch at a funeral. I’ve moved everything to a proper provider now and won’t look back. If you’re running anything that actually matters, don’t learn the hard way like I did — save yourself the late-night panics and the endless “we’re investigating.”
