I didn't expect to be impressed, honestly. It was a small problem late one evening and, as usual, I braced myself for the runaround you get with other hosts. I popped open their chat and, to my surprise, a proper tech answered within minutes. They didn't just paste links or fob me off. They looked into logs, suggested a fix, and stayed until things actually worked. That was the moment I knew they were different. Up to then I'd had a few ups and downs with other companies — slow replies, vague answers. Unihost feels closer to the customer. The team is friendly but also competent. Prices are fair too. I'd still keep an eye on a couple of small niggles, but overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend them. Support hours really make all the difference for me.
