Deep tissue massage
I'm afraid I didn't have a great time with the service, it didn't quite live up to the good reviews I'd seen. The massage wasn't great and it felt like the therapist was new and inexperienced. I wish I hadn't taken a chance on a new therapist through the app, it didn't work out. I won't be using the service again.

Wow, that massage was absolutely amazing! I booked an appointment with this lady named Patricia M, and she was honestly the best ever! She arrived on time, was really friendly, and gave me an incredible massage. She listened to my preferences and made me feel so pampered and relaxed. Easy app, last-minute booking, kind therapist, better than salon
Oh my gosh, the app is really easy to use, you know? Well, this local salon completely let me down just before Christmas. Can you believe it? I was panicking, but then I remembered this place I normally visit for massages. So, I decided to book a beauty appointment there, and oh my gosh, it was fantastic! The therapist was available really quickly, and she was so friendly and did everything perfectly. It was honestly the best experience ever, better than going to a salon, seriously!
Physio appointment
Oh my gosh, I was in loads of pain but managed to get an appointment with a physio really quickly! They did some intense massage and gave me some exercises to do, and I felt so much better so quickly! Thank you so much!!
Painful and Disrespectful Experience
I had a really bad experience at that place. The masseuse totally ignored me when I asked for a gentle massage because I was in pain. Instead, he put my arms in a really awkward position between his legs, quite close to his private parts. It made me feel really uncomfortable and violated. What's more, he thoughtlessly dragged his massage table across my wooden floor, causing some damage. And then he left my bathroom in an absolute state - like a child's toilet. Water was splashed everywhere - on the floor, sink, and toilet. Even though there were towels available, he didn't bother to clean it up and showed zero respect for me or my property.
Massage therapist
My therapist is just incredible! I really enjoy seeing her because she always knows how to boost my mood. It's like she has a special touch that works wonders. Whenever I have any discomfort, she can quickly identify the issue and works her magic to make it go away. I leave her feeling rejuvenated and ready to conquer the day. She's truly the best!

I've been getting home massages for a while now and I must say they're absolutely incredible. It's such a treat to have someone come over to your house and give you a massage right in your living room, just like a luxury spa experience. They're also really approachable and great to chat with. I've never had any issues booking appointments or paying for the service, it's all been really easy and hassle-free.
Deep tissue massage disappointment
I tried out a deep tissue massage at this place the other day, thinking it would help with my muscle tension and give me some relief. But, to be honest, it was way too rough and didn't really do the trick like I thought it would. Instead of feeling better, I actually ended up feeling even more sore and in pain than when I went in. I was pretty let down by the whole thing and wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.
Massage services
Although I had a good time working at Urban, I was actually let go just because of 2 minor complaints in a whole year, and I think that's a bit unfair. I had a good connection with my regular clients and always got top ratings. I even offered to fix any problems, but I still got fired, which meant losing important relationships with my loyal customers. It's worth remembering that we're only human and we can't make everyone happy, so maybe Urban should rethink their policies.
Easy booking, punctual appointments
Booking appointments was really easy, and the therapist was amazing - they knew their stuff inside out. They were always on time, no hanging around. I'll definitely be coming back!
Reflexology appointment
I had arranged for a reflexology session with a therapist through the service. When she turned up, she didn't follow the usual procedure of using the intercom and just knocked on my door. After coming in, she got a phone call and left without saying anything or coming back. It left me feeling let down and annoyed by how unprofessional she was.
Osteopathic treatment
I was really struggling to get an appointment with an osteopath for my back troubles, as everywhere had long waiting lists. But then I found this service that does home visits and could fit me in right away. The osteopath, Roman, was not only on time but also really lovely. His treatment worked wonders, and I felt so much better afterwards. I'd definitely suggest this service to anyone needing osteopathic treatment.
In-home massage booking
I really enjoyed my in-home massage booking. It was so easy and simple to arrange, which was great. Having the massage at home was a real treat and made the experience even more relaxing.
