Wasn't expecting hiring to feel this easy, but that’s exactly what happened. I’ve got a small team now handling invoices, customer emails and the mundane admin that used to eat my mornings, and it honestly feels like someone lifted a weight. The delivery of candidates was quick — they set people up, sorted training notes and checked in about every week. Customer service has been thoughtful, not pushy, and actually responsive when I pinged them with tweaks. Costs are reasonable for what you get, not rock-bottom but fair. Properly glad I tried it, would tell mates to give it a go.

A tip for others: keep screenshots of your transactions and be ready to escalate privately if needed, and don’t post sensitive info yourself. I’d like them to sort their support flow and be quicker without needing a public nudge. It’s usable, but could be a lot better.
