it pulls together all your orders and displays them neatly, so on the surface it feels useful and oddly reassuring. The interface is simple, tapping around is quick and it does make order-tracking less fiddly than switching between emails. But then you hit the permissions bit and it left a sour taste. Connecting Gmail/Outlook to let it "scan" for shopping mails is not the same as standard notifications — it feels invasive, like handing over keys to the whole house for just one room. I’ve seen other services be more transparent about what they read and why; this one skirts around the details and leans on automation as if that soothes concerns. So I’m torn: I like the convenience, and it really works, but I’m cautious about giving that level of access. I’ll keep an eye on updates and privacy clarifications, but for now I wouldn’t fully trust it with everything in my inbox.
A bit of a mixed bag, to be honest
they set up my Amazon account and listings without any drama, turned up on time with what they promised and replied when I messaged them. That was reassuring at the start. But after three months I still hadn’t made a single sale, which is frustrating. I dug in and discovered the price structure was off — I felt overcharged by about £505 on stock, and my listings were priced higher than the competition. I was sitting sixth on the page while others were selling as low as £20 and mine was at £23, so it wasn’t surprising nothing moved. I’m not trying to slam them with accusations, but it did feel like things weren’t handled properly. Customer service answered, which I appreciated, but they didn’t really fix the pricing issue or explain the mark-up clearly, so I stopped paying additional fees until sales started. If you’re thinking of using them: get a clear breakdown of costs up front, check competitor prices yourself and insist on a plan for pricing adjustments. Overall, decent delivery of the setup and they do communicate — just go in with your eyes open and keep on top of the numbers.
Late-night regret
useful early on, but unreliable and costly later. Not perfect, and I wouldn’t use them again.
