Great and fast service
My father and I are a big fan of ParcelCompare, I know this parceling process to another country or even city is so hassle-filled. it consumes so much time and money, also i get so worried until i get the courier on its correct place. However, ParcelCompare is a great option no matter where i am parceling my stuff, they are damn good what they are doing and i am really happy with their service.

A clear scam - avoid at all costs! they pre-authorise access to your payment details and then conveniently help themselves to money from your bank account on the basis that you understated the dimensions despite you showing otherwise with evidence. Avoid these crooks at all costs!

ParcelCompare are the worst company I have ever dealt with. No customer service. They've lost my package and seem totally indifferent.
Pay your money and receive absolutely no service.

Total crooks. Gave complete details of parcel (size and weight) paid asked amount over a month later took the fee + extra. Still trying to contact them but to no avail.
Scam just avoid.
This company is a scam. I have reported them. I think it takes a lot to stop them trading. Buyer beware. Very cunning strategies to look like the real deal, take your money and run
Overseas Delivery
I’m very impress with the Parcelcompare overseas delivery service. Cheaper quote than the other companies. Parcel collected and arrived on the scheduled time frame. It also peace of mind that I can trace where the parcel had gone on routes. I will use them again! Definitely not like the negative reviews I read.
Where did you send items was it in EU , I paid them to deliver a pair of boots back to Spain for refund to manufacturer as did not fit, they charged for EU clearance but the shipment was stuck in Madrid for nearly one month as there was duty of £124.00 to pay even though boots were valued at £195.00 and had no commercial value , Parcel Compare did not want to know and complete waste of time , had to explain things to them time after time, in the end the supplier paid he duty and gave me a refund as a goodwill gesture, days after shipment had been delivered and i had refund they said they were still chasing UPS and had it on my account dashboard as an exception. I would never deal with them again bunch of idiots . if you want to take a risk then its your choice. beware though since leaving EU there are import duties to return goods for refunds, but this should be explained by companies like Parcel Compare
3 times they failed to collect my shipment for Spain. No phone number to contact them, how convenient. In the end, I cancelled and opened a resolution with PayPal to get my money back which I will take further if they don't refund. Waste of time and would never use them again and certainly would not recommend them.
Good Service
I sent a parcel to Australia and had inadvertently paid twice. Parcel arrived within a few days and they refunded the overpayment without any quibble. Only comment would be it would have been nice to have a mail confirming my e-mail regarding the overpayment. Small matter really but the service was good

Pricks take extra money month later, no explanation, make sure you tell your bank to stop any extra money being taken, crooks.
Parcel Delivery
I made the mistake of using this company for UK-Cyprus package, was promised 3-5 days delivery, my parcel was sent depo to depo in UK for ONE week, they finally have posted it through post office, which I could have done for fraction of cost - they wont give a refund - there are no phone numbers - Customer service through email is ... - BEWARE of their SCAM which they call MULTI-Courier service you sign for- THIS means they are allowed to send it Whichever way they LIKE to be cheapest so it will take as long as it takes.
Ups from uk to Portugal
Complete and utter scammers, booked for collection with ups, parcel collected on time, tracking information shows that the parcel made it to a dock in feltham and then didn’t updated for weeks, ups confirmed parcel compare never booked to the parcel to go to Portugal but instead to a location of parcel compares choice in feltham, they have now stop responding to my emails, still show my parcel as I’m transit 5 weeks later on parcel compares website but on ups website it was delivered to parcel compare and isn’t travelling any further, luckily only live 45 mins from
Parcel compares office in Brentwood so will be making a commute down there for a little chat face to face. Moral of the story stay far far away from this company and there fake feefo reviews lol, probably the reason they have had to change their name from fast lane couriersParcel Delivery
WARNING - AVOID AVOID AVOID
Booked parcel to Oz and it arrived relatively undamaged by FedEx and on time. Great!
BUT a month later they demanded excess payment as the parcel was oversized and overweight! No evidence but nebulous ... about Volume weights.
We then provided photographic evidence that the measurements were accurate.
Their whole use or abuse of language is designed to confuse. Picked the wrong vicitim mate.
I have cancelled my credit card. These scamming b@st@rds can whistle.Exactly the same happened to me. Do not use this company at any cost. The whole set up is a con, measured my parcel filled in the form and paid £17.80 including vat for parcel to be shipped by UPS four days later the have charged me an additional £79 and claimed the parcel was oversized. And over weight by 56kgs the goods in the box only weighs 7.8 kg. If you want to appeal you must show photos of the package with a tape measure along side each dimension and with the shipping label. So if you do decide to use them please take plenty photos prior to collection or you don’t have a right to appeal. Reading other reviews apparently this happens to a lot of customers. First time I’ve used them and it will definitely be the last.
Parcel sent to Japan
Don't use this company, they take your goods, don't send them on, charge you for returning the items (which are never returned) and then once they have your bank account they continue to take additional amounts out for 'extra costs'. Horrendous customer service, horrendous company, complete scam artists.
Parcel collection and delivery
The company is a SCAM. We paid for a parcel collection. They never collect it. We asked for a refund and they asked us to pay 6£ on top before giving the refund. We did not pay the additional charge as we have been ripped off already. Do not trust this company. There are many reviews on their website but I believe those are fake as I can't add one there
Collection and Delivery of Large and Bulky Package
Avoid at all costs!! They hook you in with a competitive quote and then hit you with a massive oversize surcharge with no creditable evidence! If you are foolish enough to take a risk, check all hidden T&Cs behind tick boxes thoroughly and take pictures and sizes of everything otherwise this company will take you to the cleaners! UPS were my carriers and their less than satisfactory service resulted in my package arriving damaged with several large and bulky items weighing 40kg lost without trace!? Neither company answer to any Regulator so after 6 months of complaining they simply ignored my valid evidence and failed to answer key questions. I am now left in the hope that Trading Standards will make improvements in the future and my Credit Card company can redeem some of my money for the disproportional surcharge which was over 100% of the original cost! An experience I would not wish on anyone!
overseas delivery
Stay away from this company.
They will lose your parcel, and then they will ask for more money for soemthing that was not delivered claiming there are return fees despite the fact that in all this time the parcel never left UK. This is a scam and they should be sued. Do avoid them at all cost. I already filled a request for help at Consumer protection

How come these guys are allowed to handle anything. They should have the Consumer Protection on their case. This won't remain like this. The customer service is a shame answering emails when it suits them and they destroyed my parcel in a heartbeat when I refused to pay for the surcharges for a parcel that they have declared lost... This is the epitome of THEFT and MISLEADING services. So the damage is supported by me ? Who is paying for the goods and for the failed service? Avoid at all cost! You get drawn in by competitive quote then hammered by a surplus charge with no evidence for oversize!! Customer Service is frustrating and totally ineffective. After 4 months of complaint following a woeful carrier service which resulted in damage and missing items, I now find my insurance is void and the as new factory packaging was not up to standard! Trading Standards please step in and regulate these companies to ensure a fair service and compensation policy.

Beware.! booked my parcel to go to Cyprus paid £47,20 courier came didn't ask for any paperwork even though i did ask if he needed anything else. 4 days later parcel was returned to me because paperwork was not right. Contacted parcelcompare who looked into it and the refunded me £24 and said i could rebook when i had the right paperwork. Needless to say i booked tnt direct (literally direct) won't be using these Highway men again ... So Beware
International shipping
Worst customer experience ever, do not use this provider. They are not in control of their services and customer services. In one single shipment they have managed to lose track of collection, lose documents, lose my packages at custom (twice) and got an invoice from the shipment provider for 1200, boxes that included personal belongings. They don’t even have a phone number. Do yourself a favour, Call directly the shipment provider. Shipping 5 boxes containing personal clothes has cost me almost £1500 using them. It was meant to be only 200£. Ah I forgot, they don’t even have a real escalation path. Stay away! I geve 2 stars because I can’t give 1 or 0

Parcel taken on the 4th Aug, has not been sent and not returned.
Customer service keeps telling me to wait.
I have been blocked on twitter for trying to shed some light on their corrupt company as many other customers have experienced the same fate.
I have emailed the director on his various email accounts.
Still no answers, I have spoken to the postal redress service.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY ARE THIEVES BEHIND A SCREEN.
