Parcelcompare damaged my parcel, disposed of it and refuse to refund
I had sent 2 parcels with personal belongings (aquarium + accessories, guitar, sports gear) from the UK to Austria and the recipient (my husband) received an SMS saying we needed to pay taxes+import duties+admin fee of € 127.00 by 27/05.
After we refused to pay, both parcels were returned to the UK, with only one of them being delivered (the guitar + sports gear) and the other one (fishtank + accessories) missing.
On June 3rd, ParcelCompare sent an email to me and my husband (recipient) that the parcel (fishtank + accessories) has been delivered to him. It obviously wasn’t.
The DPD app kept saying the parcel was either on its way, or they missed me, or they returned it to the depot etc.
After talking to multiple customer service agents, I accidentally find out that in their system my parcel is under ‘broken and disposed’. No one notified me about that.
My parcel is insured and I wanted to get a refund, sent an Excel spreadsheet with a list of items and prices, a PDF document with the invoices, as well as a couple of pictures of the parcel prior to its collection.
ParcelCompare are unwilling to refund, saying that it’s basically all my fault, that my items were not professionally packed, that they are on the compensations exclusions list etc.
Now I have lost both – the money for the shipment £68.69, as my parcels had never reached Austria, and the content of the parcel which amounts to over £360.International parcel delivery
The process of booking my international parcel delivery was easy and straightforward. However, I found that the pricing was a bit steep compared to other options out there. I was happy with how quickly my parcel was collected, as it was picked up within an hour of making the booking. Unfortunately, when it came to the delivery day, I received an email saying that there was no one available to sign for the parcel, even though it was being returned to a warehouse on a weekday morning. This led to unnecessary stress as I tried to sort it out, only to realise that the email had been sent to me by mistake. In the end, the service got the job done but there was definitely room for improvement.
Delivery of haircare and candles to Singapore
ABSOLUTE SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company will not payout. We had an adequately packaged parcel sent to Singapore which arrived completely battered and damaged. The company did not entertain offering any compensation even though we purchased the additional 'parcel protect'. Complete fraudsters and not sure how they are able to get away with carrying out business. Will be complaining to trading standards as they need to cease trading.
Quick and reliable shipping
I was really impressed with how well this service worked. The website was so easy to use, I could easily compare different shipping options and prices without any trouble. Once I chose which one I wanted, my parcel was collected and delivered right on schedule with no problems at all. Everything went really smoothly and made my life much easier, saving me a bunch of time and worry.
International shipping of samples
I must say, the international shipping service for samples is absolutely top-notch. I've been using it quite often and I haven't been let down yet. My parcels consistently arrive safe and sound, right on schedule, which is vital for my business. Simple booking, collection issues
I thought I was being clever by booking my collection with Parcel Compare, but it turned into a nightmare when FedEx didn't get the collection request. I had to go through a lot just to contact Parcel Compare to find out what went wrong. It was so stressful! And then, to make things worse, when they finally collected the package, they asked for ID, which I assumed was sorted when I made the booking. It was not a good experience and has definitely made me hesitate about using this service again.
International parcel delivery
I was really pleased with the service I received from ParcelCompare for my recent international parcel delivery. Everything from placing the order to receiving the delivery went beyond what I was expecting. Parcel booking disappointment
I had a bit of a nightmare recently with booking a parcel collection online. I had arranged for my parcel to be collected on a Monday and waited all day for the courier to show up, but they never did. I tried to get in touch with the company, but I never got a response. The website kept saying my parcel was still uncollected, which was really annoying and made me feel like they weren't taking any responsibility. In the end, I had to cancel the collection at an extra cost and use a different courier service for collection, which ended up costing me even more. The whole thing has made me doubt the website's credibility and the quality of their services.
Parcel delivery took longer than expected
I ordered something online and the Parcel delivery said it would come the next day. But it actually took two days because the drop off time was later than the website had mentioned. It's all good though, because my package arrived in the end, no worries.
Parcel arrived early in USA
Oh my goodness, I can't believe it, my package actually made it to the USA early, all thanks to Parcel Compare and UPS! It was meant to arrive on the 31st of May, but it got there a whole 2 days ahead of schedule. My friend was absolutely thrilled and I was pleasantly surprised. Huge thanks for the speedy delivery, UPS and Parcel Compare! You guys are awesome!
International parcel delivery
I recently used a parcel delivery service with this company to send a parcel internationally. I gave them the correct weight and dimensions of the package, booked UPS delivery on their site, and paid the delivery charges as required. However, 10 days later, a large amount of money was unexpectedly taken from my account without warning. When I asked about it, they said the dimensions I provided were wrong. I asked for proof of the error, but they wanted me to provide evidence, which seemed unfair because who takes photos of their parcel before sending it? I had problems with their lack of clear information and communication throughout the whole process. I strongly recommend not using this service. It took me more than a month of persistent chasing with both UPS and the company, but I eventually got a refund for the extra money they took.
Parcel delivery
My parcel came six days earlier than I thought it would, all thanks to ParcelCompare. Using the service was a breeze and the prices were way cheaper than the post office. I'll certainly be using this service more often in the future. Thanks a lot!
Large parcel containing 3 fishing rods
I was really impressed with the service I got from ParcelCompare. I had to send a big parcel with 3 fishing rods from Notts to the Isle of Wight, and I couldn't believe how fast it got there - less than 24 hours! All thanks to UPS, the courier company I found on ParcelCompare's website. Booking and tracking the parcel online was super easy and made everything so stress-free. I'd definitely recommend ParcelCompare to anyone who needs a fast and reliable delivery service.
Shipping service
I had a great experience with the shipping service. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which helped me a lot. I could easily see all the options available and choose the one that worked best for me. The package was collected and delivered quicker than I thought, which was nice. Express shipment to California
My parcel arrived in California in perfect condition in just five days, which is the quickest delivery time I've ever experienced from a carrier. However, the whole process was kind of messed up. You see, my friend in California doesn't have a regular address, just a PO Box number. Your system couldn't handle that. After a few failed attempts, we managed to find a workaround with a different address.
To make things worse, the system automatically scheduled a pick-up from my friend as well as a delivery, even though I never arranged for that. I was notified about this via email. I tried multiple times to cancel this unwanted pick-up, but no luck. I also couldn't find a contact number to speak to someone for help. It's a shame because I actually wanted to use your service again.My parcel got returned and I got charged extra
You know what, my package got sent back to me for absolutely no reason, and on top of that, they tacked on extra fees with no explanation whatsoever. I tried to have a chat with them about it, but they were totally unhelpful. All they did was tell me I had to pay again for another transaction. It was seriously frustrating, and I've decided I'm never going to use their services again.
My parcel wasn't collected no matter what!
They didn't even bother to pick up my parcel even though I was at home. They didn't call or message me, nothing at all! And then they had the nerve to say it was uncollected and wanted to charge me for rebooking. It's just not cool at all.

I was really happy with the international parcel delivery service I got from this company. The price was just right and the parcels arrived in the USA a lot faster than I thought they would. The whole thing went really smoothly, from ordering to tracking the delivery. I'll definitely use this service again in the future.
First-time parcel delivery
I tried out the service for the first time not too long ago, and I must say it was really great. It was so easy to use and the way they kept in touch with me through email was spot on. I reckon I'd tell others to give it a go, and I definitely plan on using it again myself.
Check printing in shop
The website was really easy to use, no problems there. But when I tried to print the parcel label in the shop, I hit a snag. I clicked 'no printer' and picked a carrier that said they could print it in-store. But when I got there to drop off the parcel, I couldn't get the label printed. It was pretty annoying and should be sorted out so it doesn't happen again.
