it is warm, light enough for what it is, and it has the practical features I wanted. But at this price, the finish should not start peeling after only a few dry walks. And based on this experience, I would think twice before travelling to this particular branch with a fault. If you buy something expensive there, take good photos early, keep all receipts, and perhaps contact online customer services first rather than assuming an in-store visit will get you anywhere.
A £10 lesson in patience
£130 for one item and £9 for another. At the till, though, they came up as £140 and £12. I mentioned it straight away, expecting someone to check the labels. Instead, the manager was quite dismissive and simply said the till prices were correct.
