Honestly, I'd buy it again — but only after a quick tweak. Needed something easy after a hectic move and my back's been grumbling, so I wasn't fussed about perfect looks, just function. The seller was helpful, answered my questions beforehand and it arrived quickly, which was a relief. Fit is fine and it goes together in minutes, really easy. Shame the edges are a bit rough, like they were chucked off the cutter, and the Velcro patch has no neat edging so I can see it fraying (been there before). Would prefer a clip or press stud. Bit of a mixed bag, really.
Half good, half useless
straps pulling off where they join the bag, and inside the lining peeling back in places. It’s weird because it didn’t get abused, just normal day-to-day use. I did message customer service and they were nice about it, replied in a couple of days and suggested a repair shop since it was over a year old. I’m glad they answered, honestly, but having to pay for fixes after so few uses feels daft. If it had been my daily bag I might have bothered, but as it is it’s not worth sinking more money into. Maybe I got a dodgy one — that happens — but I won’t be buying from them again. Shame, because it looked great and felt good at first.
Halfway down the M27, not what I expected
I bought this cocoon-style awning because it looked decent for the price and I was a bit wary of budget brands — you know, the usual doubts. First trip in September was fine, used it two nights. Second trip over the May bank holiday 2024, 300 miles from home, all three inner tubes wouldn’t inflate. Of course it was a bank holiday and impossible to get replacements, so with a young family and nowhere to sleep on a Friday evening we ended up buying a new tent at the nearest shop to try and salvage the break. That was stressful, sitting in traffic, trying to sort things out. I rang their aftercare and was told there’s apparently a bad batch but because it was outside their 28-day window they wouldn’t refund — and one of their suggestions was to sell the tent privately. Which felt like passing the problem on, not terribly helpful. So my initial misgivings about buying a cheaper option were sadly confirmed. On the plus side the awning material felt solid and the zips were smooth — surprised by that, actually — and some of the little pockets are useful around the campsite. But honestly, for £598 I expected better support and more reliable components. Useful design bits let me down by the bigger fault of poor customer care.
Still useful, but the support lets it down
the item I did get is decent and fairly priced and it fits into my day — I use it for work breakfasts and it’s been reliable so far. The negatives: slow response, incorrect online info and a lack of proactive communication. I get that logistics have been rough lately, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service. A few clear fixes would change things: show correct order statuses, give customers a phone option or quicker chat, and tell us when plans change. With those tweaks I’d come back. As it stands, product good, process not great, but still usable in daily life.
Cocoon Breeze Awning
I bought a Cocoon Breeze awning from this company back in August and used it for a camping trip in September. However, when we went camping again over the May bank holiday, we found that all three inner tubes wouldn't inflate. We were stuck over 300 miles away from home with no place to sleep for three nights with a young family. Olpro acknowledged that there was an issue with the inner tubes due to a bad batch but did not recall any defective products. Their customer service was really unhelpful, refusing to offer a refund as we were outside the 28-day return window. We had no other option but to buy a new tent from a different store out of desperation, making our journey even longer and more stressful. Their suggestion to sell the faulty tent privately to get some money back was terrible, passing on the problem to another family without warning.
Cancelled accidental order
I made a mistake by ordering something on the website but quickly realised and tried to cancel. Despite contacting customer service right away, the item was still sent to me, causing a lot of hassle and extra costs for the return. I was really disappointed with the customer service as my request wasn't dealt with properly.
2 man tent
First tent supplied with faulty zip, nightmare customer service, finally replacement arri Ed day before holiday. No time to Check and it leaked like a sieve, can't face talking to the rude customer service manager so buying a Vango
cubo breeze
Beware of the warranty exclusions**** I brought a Cubo Breeze awning and the air beam burst, only used it a handful of times. When I contacted Olpro about it they said the part is not covered by warranty, apparently air beams and zips are not covered - fair enough I should have checked before purchasing that this product comes with no warranty. Without an airbeam the product is useless. Anyway it is what it is but the problem is I want to use my Cubo Breeze awning so I asked if I codl by the airbeam part separate and have had no response despite sending 3 emails! Ok i get the airbeam is not covered but if I cant buy the part then the whole thing is useless. AVOID AIRBEAM PRODUCTS THEY WILL BREAK IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME

Order place on Saturday for 24hr delivery. Now been told will arrive Friday. Weekend ruined could have got something else somewhere else. Leaving Friday morning. Ignores the online chat if you ask for money back.
Just over all very poorly run business. Hope there products are better than their service.
Update 8 days after order still no awning. But it's too late now and no longer required. Refusing to acknowledge my refund request. Keeps saying its on the truck and will be with you.
Now have had to raise a case with PayPal to try get my money back.

I keep falling back to the OLPRO for camping supplies, as I do that very often and love to. Since the college, we have some pact to travel and go for adventures. And that I same did with my family- my wife and kids too.
I have been purchasing camping equipments, it is camping tents, pegs, foam tiles and lot of other gears and fun acessories to add up. for like last few years.
I actually tried to get some stuff from other website, but it turns out not much well or as expected, then I realized for standard an ideal stuff, all one can need is right here.
