Halfway through the first wash, I noticed the laundry didn’t have that heavy perfume smell I usually get from supermarket stuff. The detergent and softener feel much easier to live with, especially for bedding and everyday clothes. Washing-up liquid works well too, though I use a bit more than expected. The dishwasher rinse aid has been fine so far. Ordering was straightforward and delivery arrived when promised.
The hob cleaner won her over
After Sunday lunch, my granddaughter noticed how grubby the hob looked and asked what I used on it. She was honestly surprised by how quickly it came up clean, especially as the scent wasn’t harsh or chemical. I’ve used these products around the house for years, and a little really does go a long way. She assumed it would cost loads, which made me smile. It lasts ages, so I think it’s good value.
Doorstep habit
twice parcels left on the pavement right outside my door, which felt careless. Luckily my neighbour's been helpful, but I wouldn't want to rely on that. Other eco brands have been a bit more careful.
