I knew I was happy when the set-up suddenly stopped being a hassle — Sonia replied straight away and sorted the bits I was stuck on. She was patient and quick and professional, really kept things moving. It felt unusually personal for a company these days. Wish others had that same calm follow-up, would be really handy.
Quietly satisfied
Overall, I'm pleased with the whole set-up, though it's not flawless. My coordinator Sajida was very helpful and kept checking in. She answered my questions and explained how my data is kept safe, which put me at ease. Customer service felt personal. A bit more speed would be nice, but I’m happy on balance.
Nearly didn't bother
I almost didn't bother buying a number — looked fiddly, and I'd been burned by other providers before — but the hiccup I hit here got sorted quickly. Turnaround was surprisingly fast and Vasundhara from Regulations actually rang me to check everything was live (nice touch). Felt relieved, a bit grateful, and pleasantly surprised. Service with proper follow-through; price fair enough. No fuss, which really counts. Would recommend, honestly, yes.
Quick fix when it mattered
I was actually mid-way through a verification call when the line dropped, and that threw me — bit awkward. I've had Sonetel for almost a year and this was the first proper hiccup I couldn't sort myself. I phoned support and the agent fixed it surprisingly fast, explained what went wrong and even stayed on until I got the verification SMS from my bank. That's the sort of service that makes me stick around; after bad experiences with slower providers, it's refreshing. Voice quality has been clear, and I'll renew my Premium plan.
Bit bumpy at the end, but glad I signed up

Recommended once, not so sure now
Spotted them on a tech forum ages ago and actually recommended them to a mate at work. The product itself does the job, but their AI-first support is annoying — the chatbot just sends you to phone numbers that never get answered. I rang three times. Bit frustrating, I still like the kit but their customer support needs sorting.
