Spotted them on a tech forum ages ago and actually recommended them to a mate at work. The product itself does the job, but their AI-first support is annoying — the chatbot just sends you to phone numbers that never get answered. I rang three times. Bit frustrating, I still like the kit but their customer support needs sorting.
