recording the dramas we watch after work and keeping the kids’ weekend programmes in one place. Delivery was actually quicker than I expected, and the parcel arrived properly packed, no battered box or missing bits. I did have a couple of questions while setting it up, especially around recordings and the guide. I was half expecting a copy-and-paste reply, if I’m honest, but customer service came back clearly and talked me through it without making me feel daft. It took a day or two to get used to the layout, but now it’s just there doing its job. The remote took a little getting used to too, though that may be more me than the box. Not perfect, perhaps, but much less hassle than I feared.
