Mobile service experience
I thought the customer service for my mobile phone was really good when I first joined up, but now it's getting worse by the day. It used to be based in Scotland, but now I think it might be in India, and it's just not up to scratch. They always try to sell me extra stuff during calls (which I always say no to), and it's getting really annoying. Can they just give it a rest already? I'm not interested!
Broken iPad received
I am really angry that my iPad came back from the repair service all messed up. I only sent it to get the charger port fixed, and now the screen is completely smashed. It's such a disgraceful service!
International internet access issue
I'm feeling quite let down by the customer service I've been getting regarding the international internet access problem on both my phones. I've made several calls and spent hours on the phone with the call centre in India, but the issue still isn't fixed. It's making me think that the company hasn't kept up their end of the deal, and I'm not happy with the service as a whole.
Recent internet issues
I had a really bad experience with a Sky representative called Nitesh. My internet dropped out 10 times and his response was unhelpful and not enough. My contract is finishing soon, so I'm planning to change to a different provider for internet, TV, and phone services.
Ordered broadband
I recently signed up for broadband with this company and they just couldn't get it right. They kept sending it to the wrong address for weeks, despite me telling them numerous times. Seven different people tried to fix it but just ended up blaming the postman. It's honestly a bit of a joke!
Long-term customer with broadband and mobile contracts
I've been a loyal customer of the company for many years, having both broadband and mobile contracts with them. Unfortunately, I've been facing a frustrating issue with my daughter's phone since last year. Despite making several calls to customer service, the problem still hasn't been fixed. They keep promising to send a bag for me to return the phone for repair, but they never follow through. This lack of action is not acceptable, especially considering how long I've been with them. I'm thinking about taking this matter to the ombudsman because of the poor service I've been dealing with.
Set-top box purchase
When I first ordered a set-top box from this company, I was really hoping it would be a good experience, especially since I was comparing it to Virgin, a competitor. But, in the end, I was really let down by the service I received. I paid upfront for the set-top box, but unfortunately, I had to cancel my order.
Trying to get a refund for the 100 I paid has been a complete nightmare. It's so frustrating how quickly companies can take your money, but when it comes to giving it back, it feels like they're making it really difficult. Sky service cancellation
I've been having a nightmare trying to cancel my Sky service. Spent over an hour on live chat, only to be told I had to wait for the agent to finish their break before they could help me cancel. It's really frustrating and shows they don't care about their customers' time. It's not what you'd expect from a big company like Sky.
High expectations, low results
My experience with this company has been a complete disaster. They said they could provide service in my area, but I ended up waiting for weeks with no WiFi. When I reached out to customer service for help, they just told me to get rid of my device and didn't solve anything. And now, to top it all off, I'm dealing with bailiffs chasing payment for a router that I never even used. It's been a total mess and I won't be using this company again, that's for sure.
Account cancellation and equipment return
I recently cancelled my account with an entertainment provider and sent back all their stuff. Even though their customer service said they got everything, I keep getting bills for not giving it back. It's so annoying dealing with a company that can't even keep track of their own stuff. After getting scared by a debt collector's letters, I've had enough of this ridiculous situation and the terrible customer service from this company.
Unstable broadband service
I've been having some real problems with my broadband lately and it's been driving me up the wall. The signal keeps jumping all over the place - one minute I've got a super-fast 150mb connection and the next it's dropped down to a pathetic 2mb per second. It's impossible to get anything done when it's like this and it's been a real pain in the neck.
Movie issue
Oh my God, I can't cope with how irritating it is when you're trying to watch a film and it's not working! I reported it to them, yeah? And I had been receiving the same annoying error message for a whole two days! Do they actually care about us customers at all?! And then, listen to this, when I spoke to this 'call agent' who sounded like they were miles away, they just didn't understand what the issue was. It was so aggravating, like, ugh. Serious fail on customer service, honestly.
Sky Box and new mobile phone purchase
When we spoke to the call centre, they told us we could get our Sky Box and new replacement mobile phone sorted at the Basildon store without any extra charges. But when we actually went there, we were so pleased with the fantastic service from Jen and Emma. They were really professional and focused on helping us, and they worked hard to sort out our problems. Their dedication to making sure we were happy was top-notch, and they definitely deserve a big shout out for all their hard work.
Contract nightmare
So, you know, I got this contract and when it finished, they just kept taking money from me and sending it to a debt collector! Every time I tried to sort it out with them, they kept saying it was all sorted and then turned around and denied everything! It's so frustrating!
Perturbed customer experience
I've had such a frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. Their customer service is shockingly bad, and I've been overcharged multiple times. At first, my bill doubled just because of a change in billing date, and when I asked about a cancellation fee, they quoted me a ridiculously high amount. I paid it, only to be told my contract was fully paid off, but then got charged again a month later. They admitted it was a mistake and refunded me, but now I've been hit with another wrongful charge. As if that wasn't bad enough, they cancelled my direct debit without even telling me, which messed up my credit score. All in all, dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare.
Overcharged and Terrible Cancellation Experience
This company is an absolute nightmare! I decided to cancel my services back in May, but they're still charging me and even threatening debt collectors. The people I speak to on the phone all seem to be saying different things, making everything confusing and dragging it all out. It's so frustrating! My bills still show charges for things I don't even have anymore, and they're trying to charge me for a TV service when I don't even have any Sky boxes. Every day is a struggle trying to sort it out, having to call back constantly to check if it's finally sorted. It's honestly ridiculous, such a waste of my time and money.
Moving home, what a nightmare!
Oh my gosh, moving house with Sky was an absolute nightmare! I've been a customer for ages, but when I moved to my new place, everything went wrong. They kept changing dates, I was stuck in their system, and at one point they said I wouldn't have internet for two weeks - how was I going to survive without my YouTube? And then, they couldn't even disconnect me from my old place, it was a disaster. The billing was a nightmare too! They were charging me for things I never even wanted. When I called them, the guy on the phone insisted my bill was correct, but there was no way! I had to speak to another department to get it sorted, and they said "Sure, we can refund you, but it's complicated, so just sign a new contract instead." The pressure was unreal! I ended up signing three contracts in six weeks, it was crazy! I definitely won't be sticking with them once my contract is over.
Faulty services, high price
I've been having a lot of problems with this company since the start of the year and I've had enough. I pay a lot every month but I'm not getting the service I deserve. I spend ages on the phone, have to keep resetting my devices, and have to take time off work for engineers who don't seem to know what they're doing. It's not on. It's like they're just sending random people who have no clue. If there was a rating for how bad they are, I'd give them 5 stars.
TV, Broadband, Talk
Happy TV customer for 17 years. Added phone and broadband - recent storm resulted in crossed lines in our area. Sky customer service is absolutely useless. Spent hours and hours on hold listening to grotty music and they still can't get things sorted !!!
