    Thanks to Andy - brilliant engineer. Thanks also to Asinta for trying to help however offering to reduce my monthly bill from £50 to £48 - IF I extend my contract by 6 months DOES NOT reflect my status as a Sky VIP. Nor does it even touch the time and effort I have spent over the last 3 weeks trying to get Sky to fix the problem that their very poor administration created. School I went to taught me that if I pay an additional £288 and get a discount of £36 - it did not represent any kind of compensation for a service failure. Stuck with them until Nov 2022 and cannot wait to be rid of Sky VIP, aye right!

    Dreadful. We spend a fortune monthly and have no value for money. Wifi is patchy and we frequently spend hours a week unplugging and resetting routers/Q boxes trying to get a better signal. We are supposed to get 80MBs but routinely get 1.4MBs. When we ring up, we are told that its because we have too many devices. This is the 21st century - everyone is working from home and everyone has a couple of laptops, mobiles, nest and X boxes. If these cant be supported in the current world, then it isnt fit for purpose.
