Spotted JDS on a forum after a colleague tipped me. Ordered, got the wrong items and returned them as told. They later said there was no stock and offered a refund — oddly the refund cleared quicker than I expected, so that’s when I felt it was actually resolved.
Tracking actually worked
Started checking the tracking more than I should have; they updated it and the parcel arrived earlier than expected. Customer service answered a quick query without faff. Prices were fair compared with others. After a few poor experiences elsewhere, relief — pleased overall.
Nearly perfect delivery
I needed this paint in a rush for a last-minute move (back was killing me so I couldn't do much myself). It arrived in two days, perfectly packaged — lid taped, pot in a plastic bag and foam inserts — so no leaks. Customer service was polite but slow to reply; price was great.
