I wasn't sure at first. The whole ordering and delivery felt like a proper faff — missed drops and long calls had me ready to give up. But once it arrived the shed itself surprised me. Panels slot together tight, the door slides smooth and it feels solid. I use it every morning to stash bikes and gardening bits; it keeps everything dry and looks smart at the bottom of the garden. Took a while to get here, but I'm pleased now, honestly.
Surprisingly alright in the end
Sat in the drizzle assembling it, I was half convinced it’d be another bendy, gap-filled disaster — had a couple of poor buys from other firms before, so I was wary. Delivery turned up on time, no drama. The panels didn’t line up straight away, I had to improvise seals and tweak the frame, and yes some boards looked a bit off. But the turning point was when I finally shut the door and the lock clicked into place — proper relief. It’s not perfect, but for the money it’s solid enough and actually makes the garden usable, so I’m pleased.
Mid-fit relief
Halfway through the installation I realised how glad I was I'd rung rather than just clicked through the website. I’d ordered new shed windows because my old ones were draughty and I’ve got a dodgy back so I couldn’t fuss about returns. The measurements online were a bit off and one photo implied leaded glass that wasn’t included, so there was a faff and one delivery had fewer panes than expected. Still, Ben sorted it — calm, stood on the phone with me, always checked details. The actual windows feel solid, open smoothly and already make the shed warmer. Would call again, just don’t rely on the pictures.
Shed saga, not my finest hour
I hesitated before ordering. The price looked decent and the photo was tidy, but something niggled. I should've listened. The delivery day was chosen at checkout. It didn't show. They rebooked it, then sent it on another day so I couldn't even take it in — two weeks delay right there. When it arrived the panels were rough, some wood split and bits that should have slotted together didn't. I rang no one because there's no phone line; emails felt like form letters. They told me I couldn't have a refund until they'd collected the shed. That collection was pushed back twice. The small surprise? The bloke who came to pick it up was apologetic and actually tried to help carry parts, which was oddly human in a sea of automated replies. Still waiting on the refund. Slow, fiddly and more hassle than it deserved.
Not worth the hassle, sadly

Bit of a faff, but it does the job
I wasn't exactly thrilled at first — shed turned up dented and a few bits were missing, and then I found out it was kerbside delivery only (no heads-up) which is a nightmare when you live on a busy street and in a flat. The delivery driver was lovely though, absolutely top bloke, so that helped. Had to send photos to prove parts were missing before they sent replacements, which felt like a hassle, but those parts did arrive eventually. I got upsold a base at checkout I didn't really need and the return fee they quoted was daft (£90 on a £75 item — no thanks), so I bit the bullet. Started using the shed a couple of weekends later once it was assembled; first time I shut the door with my tools inside I remember thinking, right, this works — not perfect, a few shaky bits, but it's doing what I bought it for. Took a while and patience, and I wouldn't shout about the build quality, but now that it's in place I'm actually satisfied enough. Not flawless, but usable and the delivery guy deserves credit.
Apex shed purchase
I bought a shed from this company not long ago and had a bit of trouble with the delivery because the lane to my house is quite narrow. Despite this, the customer service I got was excellent. When I told them about the issue, they quickly organised a smaller vehicle for delivery and the shed turned up just two days later. The shed itself was really well-made, better than I expected, and the instructions were straightforward and simple to follow. I was really impressed with the whole experience and wouldn't think twice about buying from them again in the future.

I've just bought a shed and had to switch the delivery date. Jade from customer service was a big help with this. She was really on the ball, knew her stuff, and got it all sorted quickly. I was really impressed with how professional and efficient she was in dealing with my request.
Recent Shed Purchase
I recently bought a shed from this company. The first couple of sheds I ordered were delivered on time, easy to put together, and seemed like a good deal. However, the shed I got most recently was missing a key section, so I couldn't build it. They said they would send a replacement, but I haven't heard from them since then. I've tried emailing and calling, but no luck. I had to do a credit card chargeback to get my money back. It's a shame because I used to be happy with their products. I just need that missing part to finish building the shed. I'm really disappointed and can't recommend this company after this experience.
New shed purchase with installation
I've just bought a new shed from this company and opted for their installation services, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how professional and efficient they were. The whole process, from contacting customer service to the shed being delivered and set up, went without a hitch. The shed itself is top quality, and the installation team did a brilliant job putting it up quickly and effectively.
Customized shed with swapped windows
The customer service at this shed company is really great. I got in touch through the chat and Jamie was so helpful in answering all my questions. He even sorted out for the shed windows to face my garden, which was really impressive. I'm so pleased with the service I got.
Shed purchase with delayed delivery
I was pretty annoyed when I had to get in touch with customer service to postpone my delivery, but I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they replied. I sent an email yesterday afternoon and got a useful response with more instructions on what to do when I'm ready for delivery. Even though it was a bit of a hassle having to delay things, the prompt and helpful reply from customer service really made a difference to my overall experience.
Holt shed
My partner and I bought a holt shed from this company last week and we were really happy with it. We were so pleased that we decided to get another one. The shed was just what we wanted and we are really impressed with how well it is made and designed. Jamie was really helpful when we spoke on the phone, he helped us pick out the holt modular shed that was perfect for us. We are so thankful for his great customer service and advice. Big shed
I bought a large shed from this place and it was absolutely brilliant! I now have loads of space to store all my stuff. Neil assisted me and ensured everything was perfect. I would definitely suggest this place to all my friends!

I was really impressed with the service I got from this company. 12x8 garden shed
I bought a 12x8 garden shed from this company not long ago. Sadly, I had a really bad time dealing with their service. I tried to contact the owner several times, but they never got back to me. And even though they promised, the shed delivery was postponed three times, which was a huge hassle for me. As someone battling cancer, the extra trips I had to make to get the shed only made things worse for my health. Eventually, they just refunded my money without saying sorry or giving any explanation. In my opinion, I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company because they can't be trusted.
Bike Store Purchase
I bought a bike store from this company recently and it was a really good experience. At first, I was worried about extra delivery charges because they weren't included in the free delivery offer. But Jamie Campion was amazing and really went out of his way to sort it out. He told me about the delivery radius issue and even recommended another company that had free delivery. Thanks to him, I got my bike store delivered for free. I was really grateful for his help and expertise.
Purchased a shed
The service I got from the company was fantastic. The driver gave me a call the night before the delivery and turned up right on time, almost to the exact minute. Even after driving for 3 hours, he managed to unload everything in just 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Metal shed
The staff at this place were really helpful and knew a lot about the sheds they had. They gave me great advice on picking out the right metal shed for me. James and Jade helped me out, they were really nice, patient, and paid attention to what I needed. They answered all my questions and made buying the shed easy and hassle-free. Log store purchase
When I first got in touch with the customer service team after buying a log store, I wasn't too impressed with the help I got. The roof of the log store had a problem, but it took them a while to sort it out, which left me feeling let down. However, things got better when Jade stepped in and really took charge of the situation. She went out of her way to get in touch with the manufacturers and arranged for a new roof to be sent to me. Thanks to Jade's hard work and top-notch customer service, what could have been a two-star review has turned into a glowing five-star one instead.
