Sorting out my cruise after I called
I rang up and had a chat with this lovely lady called Jemma who was incredibly helpful. She answered all of my queries and explained everything in a really clear way. Jemma didn't make me feel silly at all, which I appreciated. She sorted out everything for me while we were on the phone, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied with everything. It felt like having a chat with a friend!
Amazing Cruise
I've just returned from an incredible cruise and it was absolutely brilliant! The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially this lady named Jemma Dolan who went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. Huge thanks to Jemma and the whole team at the cruise company! I'm already looking forward to going on another one very soon!
Booking trouble
I really struggled to get the free at sea package added to my booking. NCL had to intervene because the people at the company were adamant that I couldn't have it. It just didn't make sense to offer something and then not honour it. I had to make numerous phone calls to finally get it sorted out, and it was really frustrating.
Trip changes
I had to tweak a few things for my upcoming trip, so I reached out to the support team. A lovely lady named Rachel Sullivan assisted me and sorted everything out really quickly. I've travelled with them before, but never had to contact support. It turned out to be a pretty good experience and I would definitely recommend them to my friends because they offer competitive prices and efficient service.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with a really helpful and kind staff member who went the extra mile to help me with my booking. Unfortunately, I can't share their name, but they definitely showed amazing customer service skills. They took the time to listen to me and patiently explained everything to me. Their kindness and understanding really put me at ease, especially since I get quite anxious in certain situations.

I recently had some technical problems on a cruise website, so I got in touch with the company where I had booked my upcoming 17th cruise. I bought my cruise tickets from this place and it was amazing! The lady who assisted us was so friendly and actually paid attention to our requirements. I booked my first cruise recently and had a few questions about the gratuity cost. Disembarkation issue resolved
In January, my family and I went through a tough situation where we had to leave an MSC cruise because my son had to go to the hospital in an emergency. Thanks to Cruise Nation, we managed to get a cruise credit for half the price, which was a huge relief during a difficult time. However, when we tried to use the credit for a cruise we booked for March, we ran into an issue with MSC's terms. This unexpected problem set us back a lot, but Cruise Nation stepped in and worked hard to quickly sort out the problem, making sure our cruise could still go ahead as planned. Their amazing customer service and dedication really exceeded our expectations. I want to give a special shoutout to Natasha Crossley, Alan Hill, and Katie King for their outstanding support and help during this challenging time.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic! Kimberley really went the extra mile to ensure my vacation was spot on. She's always quick to respond to my questions, whether it's by email or phone. I really value her careful approach and how she helped me through the booking. I feel like a valued customer and will definitely be recommending this company to others.
Email query resolved quickly
I had a bit of trouble with my booking and needed some help, so I thought I'd email customer service. Kimberley replied really quickly and even went the extra mile to give me a call and help resolve my issue. I was really impressed by the speedy and helpful service she provided.

10 night cruise and stay package
Recently booked a first cruise and stay deal for a 10 night cruise with Cruise Nation.
Had a displeasure of dealing with Kayleigh, who was not the friendliest initially. However, things got worse when the cruise confirmation came though the email and there were a few errors in our booking. Regarding flights and dining times.
I got in touch again to rectify this and felt under a verbal attack from Kayleigh who insisted she didn't do anything wrong and its all my fault.
I was gobsmacked and felt that I had, what I could genuinely call, the worst customer service experience in my life. Especially where a large sum of money is involved too.
I ended up having to write an email of complaint as Kayleigh didn't want to help me any further. They got back in touch without an apology or acknowledgement of the poor service I was given.
They have offered to change flights for an additional payment, but didn't even say sorry for the shocking time I had with their customer service agent.
I will never choose this company again, and can't say I even look forward to our honeymoon cruise as the whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Very happy with the service so far I've got 2 years till my cruise but iam paying weekly and that makes it easy for me, will book with cruise nation again very competitive with there pricing, thank you cruise nation

cruise nation did the plentiful job to get into our nerves. It was the extraordinary experience. These guys did great with the serivces, the package offerings, it was direct cruise, no need to fly to it.
