Concierge services, Elizabeth Wright
Elizabeth Wright, the concierge I've been in touch with at this company, is just amazing to work with. She knows her stuff and always goes the extra mile to give me useful info and speedy answers to any queries I throw her way. I really value her commitment to top-notch customer service, and it's thanks to her that I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my travel needs.
Outstanding customer service
I was really impressed with the service I got from Emma Gray. She was so professional, really knew her stuff, and had great customer service skills. Her patience was really impressive too. Thanks a lot, Emma, for all your amazing support.
My cruise booking
I booked a cruise with this company and everything was fine at first. But when the cruise got cancelled, it turned into a nightmare. The people on the phone were really rude and it took ages for them to refund me. I won't be using them again!

Regent cruise to Antarctica in 2025
I had such an amazing cruise with Six Star! Erin, the lady who helped me, was really lovely and she did a fantastic job in finding me the perfect cruise to Antarctica. She even assisted me with sorting out my flight options. The package she organised for me was absolutely brilliant and the price was fair. I was over the moon with everything!
Cruise booking transfer and assistance
We originally booked our cruise through a different agency, but when we found out that Six Star Cruises could give us a better deal, we decided to switch our booking over. The whole process went very smoothly, and the offer got even better. It was our first time using this agency, and we were really happy with the service we got.
