Sat on it for ages after winning the Lion King lottery for 18 September; I paid away but was wary because they wouldn't send tickets until an hour before the show. That day the email arrived in time and entry was smooth, kids were buzzing, relieved we risked it.
Great experience, mind the city
I’d say it’s fine overall, just check the venue before you click. I accidentally bought a New York ticket thinking it was Sydney — frustrating, and they wouldn’t refund. Booking flow was easy and price felt reasonable, delivery was quick. Not perfect, but I’d use them again if they made the location a bit clearer.
Thought it was sorted
I bought tickets back in July for a show in April. Thought it was sorted — confirmation email came through — but no actual tickets or link ever arrived, sadly. Ended up forgetting about the night because nothing was in my inbox. I book theatre trips as little weekend treats, so it was a proper disappointment. I really had been looking forward to it. Won't risk this again; I'll stick with Ticketmaster next time.
Mis-clicked date, messy service, but I muddled through
double-check dates, take screenshots, and don’t blindly follow “wait and see” advice. I’d told my sister about the deal — won’t be doing that again.
