Please please do not use this company as they have zero customer service and ethics. Having had our holiday cancelled to Florida & having received a 100% refund from all accommodation booked (x4 lots) with no quibble. Flights refunded. Fast Pass tickets at Universal & Aquatica 100% refunded. The only company showing no compassion to customers plight is Floridatix they want 20% admin fee for the pleasure of cancelling our Universal Flexi Plass (that's just over £300). Interestingly Universal are refunding "all customers" 100% on their park tickets up to August. So Floridatix are making a nice tidy profit out of their customers. I get they have admin cost's but not 20% worth of admin costs. Equally their like for like competitors are either offering 100% refund or offering 90% refund and the remaining 10% remains on credit with them for if/when you book again. Floridatix say their admin cost is to cover their overheads, these other businesses also have admin costs, so why can they do the right thing by their customers but you can't!!! Especially when the company you are owned by posted £1.8m profits last year. I have tried to have a conversation with Floridatix about this but they just ignore your emails, the only email they answered was the one advising me they would charge me 20%!!! I have referred them to the CMA and Trading Standards & also emailed Universal advising them that one of their ticket service providers is making a profit out of their customers. I now sit & wait for my 8o% refund, which I don't imagine I will see before September based on other customer reviews. Shame on you Floridatix.
