Booked again with confidence
Overall, no fuss and I'd use them again. Had to cancel a couple of years ago, got a full refund with minimal hassle, so rebooked since. Now sorting tickets for nine to Disneyland Paris for two days — simple process.
Saved a few quid
Booked through this site to take the kids to Disneyland Paris for three days — two parks — because the tickets were noticeably cheaper than the others I checked. Delivery was quick and what really helped was how smoothly I could link the tickets to my Disneyland account, no faff, just link and scan at the gates. Park-hopping worked fine and the weekend felt properly effortless, which made family life so much easier.
Sorted by Andy, with a hiccup
I’d use Picniq again — mainly because Andy sorted a proper mess for us, even if it wasn’t flawless. A mate on a London Facebook group first mentioned them, so we booked two attractions. The booking process and ticket emails were quick and reasonably cheap, all quite seamless. We did hit a snag when lunch overran by about an hour; Andy managed to rebook our second slot within roughly 1h15, helpful and calm. Only gripe: some timings in the emails were a tad unclear. Overall, pleased.
Open tickets saved the day
I’d use Picniq again — mainly because the open-date tickets took the stress out of a family weekend. We used it for a Saturday trip with two kids; not being stuck to a timeslot meant we could turn up when everyone was ready, which really helped. It cut about £10–15 off what we’d have paid direct. You do lose the free return Silverstone sometimes offers, but honestly one visit was enough for us. Not worth the extra charge
being billed twice instead of owning the mistake. No refund, no proper explanation, and a curt attitude the whole time. I've had mixed experiences at small salons before, some decent, some rubbish, but this felt like neither care nor value. Wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend it. Still slightly annoyed, really.
