Travel services
I have been to many countries but never had reasons to travel to Russia untill there was reason to be there. Due to my work tight schedules, I didn't want to add more stress to myself. A reliable travel agent was all I needed. A firm that can handle all the works on my behalf including paperworks, flight booking, hotel booking and any other booking or reservation that may be necessary in the course of my travel. A colleague in office who had used their services before and was satisfied with services rendered, referred me to City Travel. I had to give a trial and thankfully, City Travel lived up to expectation by meeting all my needs, making the journey hitch free. I will definitely use their services any time I travel again.
Trip booking
I booked a trip with them, and honestly, it was a complete disaster. The whole experience was just a nightmare. The customer service was terrible, they were so rude and not at all helpful. Plus, the prices were way too high for the poor service they gave. And let me tell you, my trip didn't go as expected at all. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone wanting to book a trip.
Flight ticket purchase with name and surname mix-up and cancelled connecting flight
I recently bought a flight ticket for a trip from Russia to Brazil on their website. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up in their system which switched my first name and last name, causing a lot of confusion and hassle. To make things even worse, one of the connecting flights got cancelled, leading to more stress. Despite making several attempts for five months through their website and phone, I didn't hear back from the company about these issues. In the end, I had to take matters into my own hands and contact the airline directly to sort out the name mix-up, which ended up costing me more money. Overall, my experience with this company was really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
