A restful surprise
quieter, lots of comfy beds, a seating area and a few little booths where you can collapse with a book. The bar there was brilliant, they had everything you could ask for. We also used the beach via the free shuttle buggies; shallow water, ideal for kids or for a gentle paddle. Food was consistently good across the restaurants and snack bars, service was quick, nothing to complain about really. I was nervous before we went but those worries faded fast — met some lovely people, staff were friendly, and it turned out to be the calm break I hoped for. Would happily go back, and would recommend it to friends as well.

I quickly booked a holiday with this company and it was so easy. The person who assisted me was incredibly helpful, efficient, and knew their stuff. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything was all sorted for my holiday. I'm off on my trip tomorrow morning and I am absolutely buzzing! Holiday booking with excellent service
I recently booked a holiday package through a lady called Diane, and I have to say I was really impressed with the service and advice she gave me. Diane knew a lot about all the holiday options and helped me choose the perfect package based on what I like. She was also really nice and easy to talk to, which made booking everything so easy. Thanks to her knowledge and help, I felt sure about my decision and I'm so pleased with how everything turned out.

Booking holiday to Cyprus
I recently booked a trip to Cyprus and I had quite a few questions and worries. Luckily, the lady I spoke to on the phone, let's say her name was Diane, was really helpful. She explained everything to me and addressed all my concerns, so I felt a lot more confident about booking my holiday. It was way easier than trying to do it online, to be honest.
Package Deposit Payment
My experience with Cyprus Paradise didn't get off to a great start. When I tried to pay the second part of the deposit, I had trouble with the website. It kept showing error messages and just wasn't working properly. After struggling for about two weeks, I had to bite the bullet and call customer service for some help. To make matters worse, I found out that the price had gone up, and the original amount I saw on the document was wrong. Also, when I tried to book seats through Ryanair, I had a hard time getting in touch with them because the Cyprus Paradise agent didn't tell me I needed an email address, which was actually under Malta Paradise. All in all, the start of my booking process with Cyprus Paradise was pretty disappointing.
