I had a great time booking my holiday with this company. Right from the start, they were so helpful and professional. Diane, the person I spoke to, was really friendly and knew her stuff, which made booking a breeze. It was obvious that she cared about making sure I had a wonderful trip. This was my first time booking with them, but because of the amazing service I got, I'll definitely be coming back for all my Cyprus holidays in the future.
Booking a holiday for the second time
I've just booked my second holiday with them and it was incredible! I wasn't too sure which hotel to go for, but Diane helped me decide in just 10 minutes. She was really lovely and made the whole thing a breeze. Big thanks, Diane!

2 week holiday booking in Northern Cyprus
I recently booked a 2-week holiday in Northern Cyprus through your company, and I have to say it was a really smooth and enjoyable experience. Diane, the representative I dealt with, was so helpful and efficient when I was asking questions. I had a bit of trouble finding availability at the hotel I wanted and getting a good flight time, but Diane sorted everything out with a short 3-minute phone call. I was really impressed by the great service and professionalism shown during the whole booking process.

I booked a holiday online not long ago and got the confirmation quickly. The website was easy to use and I didn't have any problems with booking. Fatos was really helpful in making sure I got my confirmation email, as it had mistakenly ended up in my spam folder. I'm really excited to get my tickets for the holiday soon. Holiday booking assistance
When I first asked for help booking my holiday, I had a little issue but the agent sorted it out quickly - really top-notch customer service there. However, trying to use some websites for Cyprus Paradise has been a nightmare. Their site seems to have some big technical problems, and it's really getting on my nerves. I just hope they sort it out soon because it's making everything more difficult than it should be. Apart from that, I've got no complaints about their service or what they have to offer.
Frequent traveler to TRNC, long-time customer of the travel agency
I've been using this travel agency for years because I go to TRNC a lot. The staff there are always really friendly and helpful. If I ever have any problems when I'm travelling, they always sort them out quickly. I really admire how committed they are to looking after their customers.
Easy booking process
Booking my holiday was an absolute breeze, the website was really user-friendly and I didn't encounter any issues at all. The confirmation came through pretty quickly as well, which was fantastic because I prefer knowing that everything is sorted. All in all, the whole process was incredibly efficient and hassle-free!
10 days Pia Bella hotel, Kyrenia
Hotel within walking distance of harbour, excellent service, good food and excellent surroundings and swimming pool.have also stayed at Malpas hotel which is also excellent, perched on a hill with great views of sea and mountains.Good local bus service into Kyrenia. From my experience I would certainly book with Cyprus Paradise again
Holiday to Merit Park Hotel in Kyrenia North Cyprus
Everything upon booking was great. Hotel not 5star in my opinion, 4 at best but pleasant enough. The problem was building works! Nearly four weeks since I have returned home from my holiday and still not got a resolution to my complaint from Cyprus Paradise. Customer service for complaints is extremely poor! They never return calls as they promise to. Would never use nor recommend them to anyone. It’s a shame as there service until the complaint was great!!!! If you book with them, pray you don’t have issues.
