Baggage policy charge
This airline has gone and switched up its baggage rules, now they're making customers fork out for lugging their bags on a flight. I've flown with loads of airlines and never once been hit with a charge for my backpack. I took the same old bag with me back in February on this airline and didn't get stung, so I can't figure out why they're suddenly slapping on these fees. It's annoying and just feels like a sneaky way to grab some extra cash. And then there's that recent news about the Spanish government winning a case against them - it's just adding to my sense of let-down. I'm done with them - won't be booking a flight with this lot again.
Group trip cancelled 3 years in a row
I'm really annoyed with EasyJet! I was a big fan of them before, but now they keep cancelling our group trips every year. Why do they put out flights so far in advance only to cancel them later on? And why do they keep switching up our departure airport? It's not fair. I used to rely on them for European holidays, but not anymore. They've definitely lost me as a customer.
Gossiping staff
The employees at this company seem to prefer chatting with each other instead of helping customers. This happens quite often, not just once in a while. They always seem to be laughing loudly without paying attention to the passengers. It's not very professional and it doesn't make a good impression.
Booking nightmare
My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. I thought I had successfully booked my holiday online, but then I received an email hours later saying my booking had been cancelled. I had already paid for everything, even the flight seats, and had been given the go-ahead for check-in. The lack of communication and professionalism from this company is truly shocking. All they told me was that they couldn't help me. This company is a complete joke!
Last-minute holiday booking
I was really disappointed with my last-minute holiday booking experience with this company. It was just one issue after another from the beginning to the end, which left me feeling really frustrated and let down. The whole booking process was a nightmare - the instructions were confusing and the customer service reps were not very helpful at all. The service I received throughout was really underwhelming, and it seemed like they didn't care much about making customers happy. The pricing was okay, but there were lots of hidden fees that ended up making the total cost much more than I had expected. And when it came to actually going on the holiday, it was pretty poor - there were delays and things were really disorganised. Overall, I wouldn't recommend booking a holiday with this company.
Flight cancellation compensation
I had a flight cancelled by a particular airline not too long ago. The flight was delayed for more than 5 hours before they eventually cancelled it, leaving me feeling stuck and really annoyed. I've tried multiple times to get compensation, but the airline keeps dodging their responsibilities. They keep saying it was due to "extraordinary circumstances" that they can't give compensation, even though the delay was their fault. This lack of responsibility and poor customer service is really not on and shows they don't care about passenger rights. I wouldn't suggest this airline to anyone who wants a reliable and customer-focused travel experience.
My suitcase got wrecked and they won't make it right
I was so annoyed when those people wrecked my bag! They sent it to some sketchy site for claims and didn't even try to help fix it. It's a complete disaster and they're just ignoring the whole situation. It's not cool at all, man.
Family holiday
The airline was so annoying - they split up me and my family! It was really unfair as we had to pay more just to be able to sit together.
Overly strict hand luggage rules
The rules for hand luggage are just ridiculous - I mean, they charge you straight away if your backpack doesn't fit into such a small space. They reel you in with those cheap prices, but when you get to check-in, it's like you're being watched by some old military police. The staff seem so frustrated and end up taking it out on the customers, which isn't fair at all.
Shopping bag stolen on flight
I had a really frustrating experience on a flight recently where my duty-free shopping bag disappeared. I asked the flight attendant about it, but got no clear answer and was left without my stuff. When I tried to contact the airline, they didn't respond, which just made me even more annoyed. It's really disappointing to feel like the people you trust to look after you let you down so badly.
My terrible experience
This holiday company is a complete nightmare! Me and my mate were just hanging out by the gate for ages, waiting for our turn to get on the plane. When we were about to board, they suddenly changed the gate without letting anyone know and then had the nerve to say we couldn't get on the flight! It was a total disaster! We were so stressed and ended up having to spend an extra 400 quid on a hotel and another flight. And on top of that, the customer service was useless and only made things even worse. Can't believe this all happened, it's ridiculous!
Holiday in Salou, transfer bus issue
I had an amazing time in Salou with EasyJet, but things took a turn when our transfer bus didn't show up and we had to fork out for a taxi to the Barcelona airport. Thankfully, EasyJet were super quick to sort things out, looked into what happened, and even refunded us for the taxi. We've been on a few trips with EasyJet in the past and never had any issues, so we'll definitely be booking with them again!
Flight cancellation chaos
I've had another flight cancelled by this airline, so I had to book a last-minute alternative which ended up costing more. It's been so frustrating as I've lost some precious vacation days because of this. I can only submit a claim closer to my departure date, but the expenses need to be paid upfront. I'm not sure if the claim will even be accepted. It's made me feel like I'm just a number to them, not a valued customer.
Cancelled flights due to airline's incompetence
I booked flights with the airline back in February for our family holiday in November. Unfortunately, in June, EasyJet went ahead and cancelled our flights without giving us any other suitable options that matched up with our planned dates, especially being right in the middle of the school half-term. It was really annoying and upsetting to have our travel arrangements messed up like that. Overall, I thought the whole situation was handled very badly and I was left feeling pretty disappointed and let down by the airline.
Last-minute holiday booking
I just don't understand why everyone is moaning about this service. I mean, if you think about how much you're shelling out, you can't exactly expect five-star treatment, can you? It might not be top of the range, but it gets the job done. I booked a spontaneous holiday with them and it was smooth sailing. The place I stayed at wasn't anything to write home about, but it was tidy and comfy. The flights were on schedule and overall, it was a decent experience. Sure, there were a few little issues along the way, but considering the bargain I got, I really can't grumble.
Holiday booking
My time with this company was really annoying. When I got to the gate, I was so surprised to see they were making us measure our luggage. It took forever and felt so unnecessary. I've flown with lots of cheap airlines before and none of them did this. It felt like we were being treated like prisoners, not customers. All in all, I was really let down by this company and won't be flying with them again.
Recent holiday booking
I recently booked a holiday and it was absolutely amazing! We visited a really cool place and I had the chance to try out new activities like water skiing and paragliding. The hotel we stayed at was fantastic and the food was delicious. The only downside was the wait at the airport before our flight.
Travel experience for autistic customer
My time with the airline left a lot to be desired, really. Me and my mum booked our seats together for a flight back in June last year, and we specifically chose window seats to try and help with my anxiety because I'm autistic. But when we checked our tickets, we were proper shocked to see that we were seated all the way at the other end of the plane, far apart. We went to speak to the staff, hoping they could sort it out for us, but all they did was tell us to just sit where it says on the tickets, even though there were loads of free seats around. This lack of understanding and support for my needs as someone with autism led to me having a meltdown, which just made everything even more stressful and overwhelming. All in all, the whole experience wasn't welcoming or suitable for people with special requirements like me.
Small case drama
The folks at the airport really upset my husband over his suitcase. They were insistent on us shelling out more money and showed no compassion for his age and health. Sadly, we had to abandon the case and transfer his belongings into a plastic bag! How disgraceful of them!
Holiday booking experience
My holiday booking experience was really disappointing. The communication about when we were getting picked up was terrible, and I had to keep asking for details. The person at the airport who was supposed to help customers didn't seem bothered, and it was really confusing where we were meant to go and which line was for our flight. This meant we wasted a lot of time on our holiday trying to work things out instead of having fun. I also had loads of problems with bookings through a website that wasn't the actual travel company, like trips getting cancelled and not being picked up locally.
