Nearly turned into chaos — but sorted 23 April 2026

Halfway through a frantic suitcase shuffle I thought "we shouldn't be attempting nine countries in a month", so we roped in Euroventure to stop me from turning into That Terrible Tourist. We needed help—partly because my knees complain on long walks and partly because our last big trip was a scheduling disaster—so someone else doing the messy bits sounded ideal. At first I was a bit sceptical (who isn't?) but their patience won me over. They answered what felt like a million questions, tweaked our route, and kept nudging sensible hotel choices our way. One thing that genuinely made life easier was their colour‑coded spreadsheet with every single train leg — proper lifesaver when you're bleary-eyed and hunting for platforms. Also had a cancelled Eurostar mid-trip; their helpline rebooked us without any faff, which was a nice surprise. Not everything was flawless (I nitpick the odd hotel choice), but overall it shifted from "I hope this works" to "well, that was actually rather seamless." Would we use them again? Yes — especially for complex, multi-stop trips where I want the planning done but still fancy pottering about on our own.
