I just got off the phone with this lovely customer service lady called Jenny. She was absolutely fantastic in helping me switch the date of my booking for an upcoming trip to a popular theme park. Jenny's customer service was outstanding, and she turned what could have been a really stressful situation into a positive experience. She really went the extra mile to help me out, and I am truly grateful for her assistance. I have used this service before and I will definitely be using it again in the future. Thanks a lot.
Park tickets purchase
I just wanted to share my recent experience in booking park tickets. I spoke to a lovely lady who was really informative and gave me a quote. She took the time to talk me through all the different ticket options and explained the advantages of each one. Thanks to her advice, my partner and I were able to pick the best package for us. We ended up booking our tickets a week later without any hassle. Sarah was great throughout, she was friendly, courteous, and very professional when it came to answering our questions.
Amazing customer service
I came across this really great website with fantastic offers for things in Florida, but I was a bit hesitant about making a booking so I decided to have a chat with someone first. I phoned up and was connected promptly, speaking with a really friendly person called Sarah. She was lovely and managed to calm my nerves about travelling solo. Sarah even shared some great tips on things to do in Orlando. Surprisingly, my tickets were sorted out immediately despite the possibility of a delay. Floridatix, make sure to look after Sarah as she is amazing!

I've been using this ticket provider since 2010 and I have to say, I've never been let down. Booking my Florida park tickets has always been easy and the customer service is excellent. Whenever I needed to make changes or had questions, the team was always quick to help, nothing was too much trouble. Their professionalism and reliability have impressed me so much that I've recommended them to my family and friends, who have also had great experiences. I can honestly say that I wouldn't trust anyone else with my ticket purchases.
Ticket purchase
I recently bought some tickets for a really popular attraction and I have to say, I was well chuffed with how everything went. It was dead easy and quick, and I got the tickets sent to me via email in no time. This lovely lady called Sarah, who works for customer service, was dead helpful and nice. She sorted out my question proper quick and in top-notch way. I’ve used this website to buy tickets loads of times now and every single time, I’ve had mint service. I reckon anyone wanting to get tickets for different places in Florida should definitely give them a go. Highly recommended!
Park tickets purchase
The park tickets are at a good price, but it would be nice to have more options for the number of days you can use them. Overall, it's good value for money especially if you use them for the entire duration. It would be helpful to have clearer instructions on how to use the extra benefits. It would also be beneficial to offer parking as an option.
Online ticket purchase
I'm not that good with technology, to be honest, so I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the customer service was when I tried to buy tickets online. The website was a bit confusing for me to figure out, but luckily Penny, one of the representatives, really went out of her way to help me. Even though I didn't know what I was doing, she took the time to explain everything step by step and made sure I managed to buy the tickets. I really thank her for being so dedicated and willing to help me, it definitely made the whole thing feel much less scary.
Orlando holiday planning
FloridaTix is absolutely amazing! When I was planning my holiday to Orlando, I reached out to their customer service team and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were full of knowledge about the theme parks and even shared some great tips on how to make the most of the Genie + queuing system. They also assisted me with linking my Disney tickets to the app, which was really convenient. I even asked for advice on visiting the Kennedy Space Center, and to my surprise, they responded on a Sunday morning! I couldn't believe it. I felt so at ease planning my holiday with the support of FloridaTix. It truly enhanced my experience at Walt Disney World. Huge thanks to FloridaTix - I highly recommend them to anyone!
Excursion to Kennedy Space Centre and air boat tour
I would highly recommend this company for booking excursions. Our day at Kennedy Space Centre and air boat tour was honestly one of the best of our holiday. Everything went really smoothly, from transport to the tour guide, and it was definitely great value for money. We didn't have any issues at all.
