I remember the exact moment I knew I’d stick with GOELIA — I’d just unpacked a blazer and a floaty dress, tried them on, and the blazer sat like it belonged to me. The fabric felt proper, not that thin stuff other labels send, and the stitching? Solid. After a couple of wears and a wash it still looked crisp, which surprised me because I’ve had more expensive pieces go sad after one cycle. Delivery was faster than I expected, and when I messaged customer support about sizing they were quick and friendly — not one of those canned replies. It’s the little thoughtful details that made me smile, buttons, lining, the cut. Pricewise it feels fair for what you get, honestly. I’ll keep buying — feels like finding a brand that gets it, without the drama or the price tag. Proper pleased with my wardrobe at the moment.
Not worth the risk
Don't trust their Canadian checkout if you're planning a shop-that-might-need-returns — short version. I bought a dress for my sister's wedding (needed it fast, had a bad experience with sizing before), selected the Canadian site during ordering and still got sent something that fit like a tent — I ordered a 6 because their size chart said their items run large; I'm normally an 8. Fine, I wanted an exchange, but customer service insisted returns must be sent back to Illinois and wouldn't cover postage. With Canada Post on strike I had to hunt down a courier and ended up paying over $40 to send it with UPS (ridiculous). They did eventually process a refund after proof of shipment, but the whole thing was a hassle and left me wary. Not a recommendation from me, sadly.
Not bad, actually
Overall, I was cautiously satisfied from the start. I began using GOELIA a few weeks ago and my first reaction was "we'll see" — the ordering felt a bit clunky, but the customer team made up for it. They handled a return properly, were attentive and didn't fob me off, which is rare. At first I was sceptical about their tone, but their follow-up and practical help won me over. Not flashy, no drama, just solid and reliable service in the end. Would use them again, albeit cautiously.
