Rollerbag purchase
I recently bought the Rollerbag from this company after supporting their shell backpack on Kickstarter back in 2020. I was looking for a sturdy carry-on suitcase for my travels, and I think I made the right decision with this purchase. The price might be a bit steep, but the Rollerbag's quality and durability make it a worthwhile investment. I especially like the many pockets and the expandable feature, which make packing for trips more convenient. While I haven't tried out the backpack feature yet, knowing it's there is a nice bonus. Overall, I'm really impressed with the Rollerbag and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy travel companion.
Nook Backpack purchase
I bought the Nook Backpack recently, and I must say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. The carrying system is great as it spreads the weight out nicely on my back, which is perfect for when I'm using it all day. I recently left a 2-star review but I'm happy to report that my most recent encounter with this company has completely changed my mind. At first, I had a bit of a rough time due to the lack of products and how my complaint was handled. But since then, there's been a big improvement in both the range of products available and the customer service provided by the company. The way Tropicfeel sorted out my previous issue and improved their stock situation has completely won me over. Now I see why everyone was singing their praises. Waterproof shoes disappointment
I bought a new pair of waterproof shoes to avoid getting wet feet on rainy days. I decided on the Geyser Great HDry® based on good reviews. But I was so let down when my feet got soaked after a quick walk in light rain. My partner, wearing different waterproof shoes, stayed dry for over an hour in the same rain. Even though we paid the same amount for our shoes, the performance was noticeably different. I was really hoping for better from a shoe that is supposed to keep water out.
Cool shoes I bought
I recently bought these awesome shoes and I was so excited about them. Unfortunately, after less than half a year, both shoes got big holes near my big toes. I was really disappointed because I loved them. I got in touch with the company and they promised to send me new shoes because they were still under warranty. However, when I received the new shoes, they were completely different from the first ones! They were uncomfortable, didn't look as nice, and were really difficult to put on. Plus, when I tried to take them off, the sole would come out because they were so tight! I expressed my disappointment to the company, but they refused to do anything more for me since they had already sent one replacement. I was so upset because I thought I had found my favourite shoe company for life, but now I won't be buying from them again.

Durable shoes with design flaws
I've been wearing these shoes for a few years now and I really liked them at first, but I've been having a big problem with the removable insoles lately. The best thing about these shoes is that the insoles dry quickly, but they wear down really fast and end up getting holes in them. This usually happens in less than a year, usually around the 6-month mark. It's annoying because I thought these shoes would last longer, especially since I don't wear them that often.

Also, the policy of only allowing returns for broken items without the possibility of a refund is pretty unhelpful, especially when you're on the go and need something you can rely on.

Oh my gosh, my new shoes are absolutely amazing! I brought them with me to Mexico and gave them a go in the water. They definitely lived up to expectations! However, now the soles are starting to come off and they're getting all wrinkled. It's not cool.
Shoe exchange process
I had to exchange these shoes because they sent me the wrong size. At first, the system was only suggesting sizes that I didn't want, which meant I had to pay extra for return shipping. But when I tried to get the right size, it suddenly worked. It's not fair or cool that the process is so inconsistent and annoying for us customers.
