Overall, I'm actually quite chuffed — it wasn't perfect but it got me where I needed to be and honestly I'm pleased about that. I booked a few weeks before a short trip and then had to change one flight at the last minute. Their system went down for a bit and I nearly lost it, and the fee they first quoted felt ridiculously high. After a firm phone call they dug a bit deeper, found the alternative date that was still available and sorted it out. I paid more than I wanted but avoided rebooking everything, so all in all happy it worked out.

To cut to the chase, their customer support was the weak link. I tried to change a flight after a sudden bereavement and uploaded the death certificate and our birth details straight away, about two weeks ago. At first the replies seemed routine but polite, so I felt hopeful. Then everything stalled. Same scripted lines, no firm update, no timeline. It felt like being passed around rather than helped. The booking site itself does what it should — easy to find the booking and upload docs — but when something serious happens they clearly don’t handle it well. Not a disaster, because the system worked for bookings, but the human side needs fixing. A bit frustrating, made worse by the silence and repetition.
