Mixed feelings but well handled 11 March 2026

Greatlife's support was excellent, the courier was not. To explain: UPS ignored the address I gave and dumped my parcel at a pick‑up point without telling me. I only realised when I returned to my permanent place empty‑handed. It was annoying, proper inconvenient — I missed the things when I needed them. After I complained, Greatlife replied quickly and offered sensible options: full return and refund, resend to my home country, or a 20% discount. All fair, and they kept in touch the whole time, polite and helpful, really. I was sceptical at first, thought I’d be left chasing a courier for weeks, but their response calmed that down. So, not perfect — the delivery failure ruined the immediate plan — but the company’s handling was honestly reassuring. I might order again, especially now I know how they deal with problems. Little flaws remain, like the stress and extra running around, but on balance I’m satisfied. Could do better on logistics though, clearly.
