Spa day booking
This lady Nicky was absolutely amazing! She organised a fantastic spa day at a fancy hotel in Chelsea for my best friend's birthday. She was so helpful and made sure we had everything we wanted. Nicky is a legend, we are so grateful! Thank you!
Voucher transfer with Ashley
I was really impressed by the way Ashley helped me transfer my voucher. She was so polite and took the time to explain everything clearly. Good customer service like that is rare these days, but she really exceeded my expectations. I was worried about the process being complicated, but Ashley dealt with it all really well. I left feeling relieved and thankful for her support. Thanks a lot.
Spa experience disappointment
When I arrived at the spa, I was really disappointed because there was nobody at the reception, so I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone finally showed up after they made a call. The towel they gave me was really thin, not what I was expecting at all, especially since I thought a robe was included with my booking. The lockers were all dirty and I needed a padlock to use them, which was a bit annoying because I didn't have one with me. There were only 2 plastic beds in the pool area and they weren't very comfortable for relaxing. The jacuzzi was nice and hot, but the pool itself was just average. The smell of chlorine was so strong that it made my eyes sting after only 15 minutes, so I ended up giving up on my spa day altogether. Honestly, this was probably the worst spa I've ever been to.
Room booking assistance
I recently got some help from a lovely member of staff when I was booking a triple room. Her name was Ally, and she was really helpful and patient. We had some trouble using my Tesco vouchers to pay, as my emails kept crashing and it took ages to find the last voucher code. But Ally stayed cool and gave great customer service, making sure our booking went through smoothly.

I was booking a spa day online and it was really easy, just a few clicks and it was done! But then I had a voucher for an overnight stay as well and I wasn't sure how to use it, so I had to give them a call for assistance. Can you believe it? Speaking to an actual person! Anyway, the lady I spoke with, let's call her Debbie, was so lovely. She helped me with everything and even booked my overnight stay for me. What a star! So, if you're looking to relax and unwind, I definitely recommend SpaSeekers.
Overnight spa hotel booking
I booked a spa hotel for an overnight stay using this service, but then I found out it wasn't available on the date I wanted. It was a bit too late by the time they told me, so I couldn't cancel and find somewhere else. They did manage to move my booking to a different hotel owned by the same company, but it was much further away than I had hoped for. Plus, the facilities at the new place weren't as good as I had expected.

Voucher purchase misleading
I thought I was getting my order sorted out, but it's actually just a voucher. The confirmation email wasn't clear about that, so now I've got the wrong time booked. I'll have to get in touch with the venue to fix this mistake, and I'm pretty annoyed about the whole thing.

The booking process was so easy and smooth thanks to the super helpful booking agent. But then, we got a bit bummed out when we discovered that the spa didn't accept the voucher we had. Thankfully, the agent didn't give up and made a call to sort it out for us. Their quick actions and hard work saved the day, and we were able to have a lovely time at the spa without any more problems.

I was getting stressed, but she made it all so simple. When I arrived at the hotel spa, booking our treatments was really easy thanks to her.
