When you go on holiday, there is a lot to arrange and to think of before and during yourarrival at the airport. One of the companies that can help you with this is Travel Extras. They provide the possibility to offer most of your holiday in one go, but what kind of company are they really? But do they offer the best hotels with the best facilities? What is the cover of their insurance policies like? And if something gpes wrong, will your entire holiday be ruined or will customer service still be able (and willing!) to help you out? Or do they leave you to fend for yourself? The best way of finding these things out is by reading customer reviews left here by customers that have hands-on experience with travelling with Holiday Extras. Their honest opinions and experiences can help you to know what to expect when arranging a holiday at the website of Holiday Extras.
Holiday Extras is a holiday provider. For the start of your trip, they offer airport parking at airports like Heathrow, Luton, Manchester, Bristol, Newcastle, Cardiff, Birmingham, Liverpool etc. They also offer airport hotels in most of the same cities so you can stay close to the airport. For your stay at the airport, they offer special airport lounges where you can sit and relax before you have to board your plane. Of course you don’t want to go on a holiday uncovered, so they offer holiday insurance policies like single trip travel insurance, children’s travel insurance, family travel insurance, annual travel insurance policies both also policies that cover you when you are over 65 or have a pre-existing medical condition. And they also offer taxi services to the airport, hotels with coach, holiday car hire, airport transfer or the transfer of travel money.

You can book their airport parking, airport hotel, lounge or take out an insurance company by filling in an online form on their website. That way you won’t even have to leave your home to visit a physical travel agency.
have you ever arranged a holiday at Holiday Extras? If so, we are curious to know how that worked out. Is their airport parking safe, convenient and secure? Do they offer good service hotels? Will their taxi service arrive on time? Are they the cheapest, or will you be better off going to different companies for all these services? And if they are more expensive, is the convenience of having one company arranging your entire holiday worth it to pay a little more? We would be grateful for a customer review in which you express your thoughts on Holiday Extras. And your review can also help others to know what kind of company Holiday Extras really is.

We booked our Heathrow hotel via this company a few months ago. We were flying to Chicago on the 4th.
On the day we were supposed to check in ( 3rd of October) I've got an email at 16.30 that our hotel been overbooked and they moving us down to a different one.
We booked Mercure Heathrow, and they wanted to move us to Holiday Inn Slough. All this was told us in an email.
After speaking with customer service they told us that the hotel been overbooked and we need to move etc. I had to call them, they didn't even bother.
I told them that I booked this months ago and we are going to Mercure, which is only a short drive away from the airport. If i wanted a cheap and far hotel I would of booked something else.
After being on the phone for 30 mins, and getting totally stressed out I was told that they spoke with the hotel and we can go to Mercure.
We turned up at the hotel and it turns our the Holiday Extras rep didn't even call the hotel! The hotel said that we still need to move, Holiday Extras only placed our booking on that day, so of course Mercure was sold out. We booked it in on the end of July, so plenty of notice.
According to front desk there were 25 people who couldn't stay in the hotel because holiday Extras didn't book them in on time.
After standing my grounds, I said to them we not leaving and I want the room I paid for it. Front desk manager managed to get us a room luckily.
I am not happy and definitely won't recommend Holiday extras to anyone.
how this company are still trading is amazing they are without doubt the absolute shit company i have ever dealt with to cut a long story short my car was quite badly damaged and they just told me sorry car left here at owners risk what a load off shit please people do not book with this company they are completely incompitent
Seemed easy to book online...it didn't turn out as planned. Left at Leeds Bradford airport with no hotel booking at 2am in the morning. I was told I'd made an error and booked the wrong date. Even though flight details were given. Had to drive home because there were no spare rooms. Telephoned the next day to get a refund and was told I can't have one. I'm pursuing a refund. Look elsewhere customer service stinks. In the end the woman put the phone down. This firm doesn't deserve any stars.
People book airport hotels because they have early flights and will therefore require an early breakfast. I was sold a hotel that wouldn't serve breakfast until 8 am - what use is that?
They got me great and exciting holiday packages, I love the versatility they have, like for all preferences
My wife and two kids all got to have their own choices and preferences and me too. so that is the part which I admire most.
Services are quite efficient and reliable. they also provide all details, documents and help with consultations along with travel insurance.
