Overcharging issue
I had a bit of a nightmare with my booking at this place recently. It's not the first time they've charged me too much, and I'm really fed up with it now. They asked me to pay a certain amount when I confirmed my booking, but when I arrived, the price was different and higher. I've tried contacting their customer service team but they're not responding at all. This mistake is completely unacceptable and I won't tolerate it. It seems like other customers have had the same issue, which is really worrying. I want this sorted out as soon as possible.
Dayroom reservation at an airport hotel
The room ended up being a little pricier when we checked in compared to what was originally quoted, but it wasn't a big deal. Booking the dayroom was really easy and the hotel had everything sorted for us. It was so nice to have a cozy spot to chill out and freshen up during our long wait at the airport.
