Booking room unavailability
It's really frustrating when a hotel lets you down by not being able to provide a room, which is their main job after all. The scenario mentioned in the last review, where the hotel was fully booked and left the customer and their family stuck at LAX, is just not on. When you book a room and get it confirmed, you should be able to count on it being ready when you arrive. So, it's a big disappointment that this didn't happen and it doesn't look good for the way the hotel is run.
