I was half convinced I'd missed the boat on the Clicgear 4. It's been out of stock everywhere and I'm picky after a couple of dodgy orders from other shops, so I hesitated. Hotgolf had one listed at a good price and even a 5% first-time discount, so I took a chance. My delivery was due on Tuesday but didn't turn up. A couple of phone calls later, and after a calm, polite chat, they said it had been dispatched and would arrive on Friday. It did. Slight hassle, but it was sorted and the trolley is exactly as described. A bit stressful at first, but overall relieved and happy. Would use Hotgolf again, probably without major worry.
Sold-out shuffle
it came through surprisingly quickly, which saved me more hassle. Still, it’s annoying to miss out on the size you wanted and feel like the system let you down. Bit disappointed, but grateful for the refund.
Used to be reliable, then not so much
a golf bag supposedly got lost in transit; refund sorted quickly, credit where it’s due. I gave them another go and ordered two dozen balls in mid‑July; confirmation came, then radio silence. I’ve chased by email and had no proper reply. So some of my doubts were unjustified (the refund was handled well), but others stuck around — communication and delivery are unreliable. Not feeling confident about reordering, sadly.
