Was annoyed at first, I thought I'd been ripped off. I booked a cheap non‑refundable rate for a family holiday and they asked me to pay to upgrade. After a chat it got sorted and the stay was fine, so mixed feelings.
Surprised and convinced
Funny thing, I found Logitravel after a mate tipped me while I was scrolling; I was sceptical but Iris actually bent over backwards to get the cabin we wanted. Third year booking MSC through them now, so yeah, pretty pleased.
Nearly bailed, then sorted
proper relieved. She even emailed boarding passes, saved me faff and honestly made holiday planning easy. Happy.
Premium tap water
Spotted the cruise on a mate's Instagram and told my sister to book — mistake. Drinks package delivered tap water. Contacted support day one; told to wait. At the end they initially ignored me, then out of the blue a manager refunded us and sent an apology note. The refund was the moment I felt things were sorted.
Quietly reliable
I've been using Iris for four years for flights and cruises because my back makes travel tricky. She's organised and double-checks stuff. Makes life easier, really. Few hiccups, and she picks up things others missed. I keep going back these days now.
Quick, reliable booking
Halfway through picking dates I wasn’t sure I’d made the right call — price looked fine but I worried about the fine print. Iris stepped in and calmed that down, double-checking timings, fares and even catching a missing middle name on our loyalty cards, which was a relief. Booking was simple, they answered questions quickly, not perfect but very efficient. Would use Logi again; maybe ask about discounts early.
She literally saved me
She literally saved me. I’d left a voucher to the last minute and was about to panic, so I phoned Logitravel. Iris Madico rang back, calmly ran through the options and sorted the booking in one go. Proper friendly, patient and professional — felt like chatting to someone who actually wanted to help. Nice surprise, really glad it worked out.
Rough start, pleasant surprise
I booked a day in a flexible office to split my week between home and quiet to work. At first it was a mess. The phone number on their papers goes to an unrelated office-supplier. There’s only email and a WhatsApp chat. It was slow and I got fobbed off a few times with 'another team is working on it'. The moment I saw confirmation land in my inbox I knew I was sorted. They sent a small credit afterwards. I now pop in twice a week. Not perfect, but it works and that surprise helped.

Early-morning mess on disembarkation
I remember that last May/June when we were on a Princess cruise from Barcelona to Rome — woke up thinking we’d have a decent window to get to the airport, only to find out things weren’t as they seemed. The ship's schedule said it docked at 5am, so I assumed, reasonably, that we'd be able to get off and make our flight. Turns out you can be docked and still not allowed to leave the ship until much later. I tried to sort it on board by speaking to guest relations, but they were clear it wasn’t their call — legal/security rules meant no early disembarkation. Fine, rules are rules, but LogiTravel never mentioned this when I booked, and that lack of info messed up my plans badly.
The point it finally felt sorted
The airport was quiet when we landed. Bags came off quickly. For once, that part went well. Then the transfer we had paid for wasn’t there. That’s where the trouble started, and oddly it’s where I’ll begin, because the moment I knew I was satisfied didn’t happen until much later and was linked to that missing driver.
Caribbean cruise booking with special request for cruise to Martinique
I got in touch with a travel agent on this website to help me book a Caribbean cruise and asked if we could visit Martinique. The agent, Iris, was really helpful and got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. In just a few days, she gave me a bunch of different dates and choices, all at really good prices. Thanks to Iris, I've now got my cruise all sorted and I can't wait for the trip.
Cruise booking assistance
I found this website to book our cruise because we couldn't find anything else that we liked. Iris, a really lovely lady, helped us so much and patiently waited for us to decide on the cabin we wanted. We've finally booked the cruise we were hoping for in February 2024, and we're absolutely thrilled about it!
Cruise booking experience
The website was really easy to use and had loads of different cruise options at really great prices. But the best thing was the amazing customer service from Iris Madico - she did everything she could to find me discounts and talk to the cruise company for me. I was so grateful for her help in getting me a discount on my future cruise trip, especially during the pandemic.
First cruise booking
I am really disappointed with my first experience with this company. They led me to believe I was booking a cruise for this year, but it turns out the dates were actually for next year, which the agent didn't bother to mention even though they knew what we wanted. I've tried reaching out via email for help with correcting the mistake, but I haven't received any response. This has left me feeling out of pocket and without any support to fix the error.
Cruise booking
I've just sorted out a really great cruise for my family and me through Logitravel. The guy who assisted us, let's call him Bob, was so friendly and explained all the ins and outs of the cruise. Bob took care of all our queries and sorted everything out in no time. He even made sure we got the top deals and discounts. It was brilliant dealing with him and we'd definitely recommend Logitravel to all our pals and fam. We also booked another cruise on their site which was equally fantastic. Big thanks, Bob!
Smooth booking experience with excellent customer service.
I have to say, the agent I spoke to was absolutely fantastic. She was really helpful and efficient, which made booking a breeze. She answered all my questions quickly and clearly. I really appreciate her professionalism and friendly manner in responding to my emails. She's definitely a standout employee.
Travel voucher issue
I received a travel voucher due to Covid, but when I tried to rebook it, it was a complete nightmare! I spent ages going through the booking process only for it to fail at the last second. I've been trying to contact them, but no luck yet. It's so frustrating! 😤
Booking experience seamless
I just wanted to share that I booked a trip with this company recently and it was a really smooth experience overall. The only issue I had was my bank not recognising a charge from the UK, but the customer service team was really helpful and helped me figure out another way to pay. I have to give a big shoutout to Iris, who was so kind and supportive the whole time. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone planning their next trip.
International payment issue
At first, I struggled a bit with the payment because I got a bit confused about where to send it, but Iris was really patient and helpful. She guided me through the process of making the payment to a Spanish bank.
