Logitravel is a professional travel agency of UK known for their services. I had plan more then three times for Madrid, Paris and Las Vegas with my family. What I was expected,they are more better then that. I just shared my destination and stay periods, star hotels and transportation. I don't think any thing can be more better then this . Yes I was concerned about my budget every time and they helped me to fit my tours accordingly. So I can suggest..May be some thing more there But I can thank them for their cooperation .
Terrible Service : We had our wedding in April 2020 and booked a hotel in Seychelles through Logitravel for our honeymoon. Sadly, with covid pandemic, the world closed and we could not travel. I have been following up with Logitravel to get our refund for the hotel booking and have not been able to get hold of anyone. The custom chat on the website is quite standard, but never heard anything back from logitravel team as the "Contact Us" section promises. It has been almost 10 months now that I still have no formal response from them and no refund in sight. Such a horrible experience !
I feel defrauded. Paid in full for a P&O September cruise in February. Cruise was cancelled in June & I was immediately directed to P&O for the refund I requested. Finally after 4 months of emailing received a cheque from P&O for 5% of what I paid. They said that was all they had received from Logitravel. Numerous calls/emails with Logitravel, (when I can get through to them), no further forward identifying who has my money and getting it back. No reply, even to a formal complaint. Do not use this company unless you are happy to give away your money.
We had booked a cruise with Logitravel, which had problems with the booking from the first day. When the cruise was canceled in mid-March due to Covid, our cruise was on March 22, we still did not know the correct amount of what to pay! After our cancellation, we did not hear from them for two months and we could not reach them by phone or email. Afterwards only received meaningless emails and our many emails were not responded to. Ultimately, after 4 1/2 months, we received a voucher without any explanation after which time we could ask for our money back, which according to ABTA should have happened. I want my money back because I don't want anything more to do with Logitravel. Terrible travel agency and customer service and they are not even cheap!
Just awful. Avoid at all costs. Their customer service is non existent. I tried on multiple occasions to cancel my booking due to Covid19. All hotels were closed. The websites chat function didn't cancel my booking like it was supposed to. Their phone lines would not take my phone call. (recorded message, then hang up). When trying to cancel via email, I received an "address not found" response. I tried multiple avenues, multiple times. NOTHING worked. Amazingly, they were able to contact me after the cancellation date and they refused to reimburse me. FRAUDSTERS. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!
Con artists!! After going through severe surgery following an accident I was deemed unfit to travel for a holiday. Submitted medical records and was still within my time to cancel the holiday with them with the small fee. Due to medical reasons a full refund should be given and have contacted ABTA to complain as i still have not recieved any of my money back! £2,500 lost to people who have no customer care or consideration in an already very difficult time! Disappointed beyond words.
